I would give 0 stars, but forced for 1. I opened an account for my son to take skating lessons at Ice Sheffield reception desk. Gave the lady all the details to open an account and set direct debit. All set, all good. Now....my son has surgery at the end of May and I needed the month of June frozen from paying for his recovery. Guess what !!! You have to beg online, provide proof, website not working, incorect number entered...etc. I am the paying customer, not an employee to prove things to the company, and not even then, it is up to you to if you want to disclose private medical information. Call center closed the phone on me, and would not answer after. You took my money in reception, reception should sort out the issue. You only know how to take, but i am not telling you anything new. And NO, i cannot do it online, I am ignorant on this, i need a human beeing from your end to sort it. If you cannot do it, i will contact the Ombudsman and try to get my money back from you
