I bought a Hino profia for USD15,500, they failed to sheep it and i was told it was in bad condition after 3 months on engagement. I selected another truck small(Hino ranger) but was told to top USD 1000 which i did. Documentation was shipped when i received the truck it was in bad shape. Ther turbocharger was leaking, it had oil and temperature was also increasing. I do share my disappointment with most customers. What you pay for is not what you receive

I received the export certificate on 8th June 2021. But till this day July 30th everycar.jp says the shipping space is not yet available. It seems to take long. I wonder if others have their vehicles shipping delayed to this extent.

After sending the money the car which i choose was changed but i received the car which was in good conditions but i hope next time when you show your customers the car make sure you have the car and after transactions no changes must be made

Thanks to Everycar.jp for the efforts . They sent me the export certificate on 23rd June and they promised to send the bus very soon when the shipping space become available. Hopeful I will receive the good bus very soon. Some friends have been asking me on facebook to update them on the proceedings of the bus. Please be informed that the company has already started the process. I will update you so that you can understand how efficient everycar.jp is. I hope you will like their service. Once I receive the bus I will comment on its quality and the service I received.

Lack of proper and timely communication can cause people to become suspicious. I paid $8,200.00USD for a particular truck, after receiving my money you told me that the truck cannot be shipped because it has serious issues. You then cut all communication. I sent a message stating that I wanted ANOTHER truck but can only afford $11000 USD, you immediately responded saying that you can find one for $11500. I said that only to test the credibility of the company and realized that you were just seeking to fraudulently take peoples money and not providing the service you claim to be offering. How can I seek a second truck from you when you did not send the first which was already paid for? It was after I took to this medium you contacted me and told me the truck
would be shipped and I should edit my comments. I did so with the expectation that you would ship the truck and send the B/L documents in order for me clear the truck when it gets to its destination only to hear you now saying that I owe a balance of $2825 USD. I do not owe you any money at all. I am expecting a truck to the value of the money that I sent. That is a binding contract and that is what you are expected to honour. I need my money back or the documents by the end of this week or I will take other legal action and other media houses.

Very very unreliable company. It is now 2years, paid 11000usd for a Hiace, they kept saying every car they chose for me failed inspection!! They refused to refund the money, forced me to take an Isuzu Elf, which was rotten and rusty, couldn't even leave Mombasa until we did repair. The balance of 5000usd has never been forth coming and no replacement car for almost 2years now. This guy, WATABE, who claims to the the CEO is a true con!! Kindly be guided accordingly and keep off this company

I set out my requirements and colour for a Barcelona Red Prado T150 and I was was not dissapointed. The communication was excellent, the vehicle arrived on time and they even went out of their way to remove stickers and get me the rims I wanted at no extra cost. I would recommend them anytime anyday.

I agree with all the people who condemn Japanese Car Exporter "everycar.jp" together with its so-called CEO = WATABE. I bought a bus from him and only to find that we sold it to me before he won it from the auction. He kept on changing stories until I asked for refund which he agreed to but never did it. Later he got a bus and shipped it DURBAN PORT for me. I asked him to send me documents immediately to avoid storage charges. He agreed to send the documents but never fulfilled that up untill the vessel arrived at the port after 4 weeks and the bus was kept for first 3 free storage then it started attracting daily storage charges. He agreed to pay the storage charges himself as he delayed sending documents. The bus was kept in storage till after 4 weeks of daily attracting charges and the charges amounted to almost $10,000.00 and he then asked me to pay and forward him the receipt for him to reimburse me. He later refused to pay back my money claiming that it is too much. But I had warned him the time he shipped the bus that he should send documents as soon as possible too because I already paid storage charges with another company earlier so I knew how painful it is to pay for something that can be simply be avoided at all cost. SO NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. I HAVE LATER BOUGHT VEHICLES FROM TradeCarView, RamaBDK, Be Forward and several others and they are all good

There was delays in Shipping the car,but also the choice i made was not the one delivered.

The company is 100%trusted I requested my unit and it arrived safely intact and the best grade there customer care operation keep on updating on the position of you car until collection time the CEO one Watabe also does a close follow up on the same doing business with them I assure you total safety

Am Bwambale Monday William made payment of $7500 for a Mitsubishi canter Dump Truck with Crane under Stock No. 1910151614JMGA on 15-08-2020 but to date the vehicle has never been shipped. On follow up i was told the vehicle will e shipped on 15-09-2020 but on that date i was told the vehicle could not be shipped and when i insisted for a refund one Watabe Yuichiro said he was looking for a vehicle of my specifications. I have since told him to refund my money but to date he has not. Prudent companies always refund the money if they cant deliver what the customer wants. i do no know why Watabe does not refund my money when he intentionally made me pay for a vehicle when it was not available. this is outright robbery on the part of this Japanese car export company. I will continue to expose the dubious dealings of this Watabe Yuichiro and this company Everycar Export company if my money is not refunded, now that am no longer interested in any vehicle. As of I can not recommend any body from my country and continent to deal or buy any car from this Watabe and this company Every car Co. exporting company. what they tell people on their web site is not what they do. As of 19th November 2020 I have not received the car i ordered in August 2020 nor have i received any refund from this company. this watabe is crafty to the extent that even when i have told him to send a dump truck without crane he says its expensive and i have also told him that if it is expensive let him just refund the money which he has failed to do. This company is just out there for robing its customers and they do not have a refund policy that is working. they keep giving you options that dont work which at times they want you add more money or those that are twice as expensive compared to what you have paid them. therefore all intending customers be aware of this company that is out there to steal your money. i have suffered with them and up to now I think they are in connivance the bank MUFG Bank Ltd Nigita Branch account 0050174 where i sent my money to defraud all thier customers. I ask the bank to prevail over this company otherwise its name will be in disrepute for aiding a fraudster.
If this is not true let this company come out and show the world their integrity and confirm that their refund policy is working and let them tell the world what happened to the delivery of the Mitsubishi canter Dump truck with crane that i ordered and paid $7500 for. I pledge to come back and tell the world whatever will have charged on the delivery of this truck.
To show that this guy is crafty he even set as a condition for me to delete this review for delivering the truck to me. you can imagine a truck i paid for myself and this Watabe is setting a condition for me getting it!

I agreed with you a 100% also, everycar.jp is not a reliable company. the CEO is the biggest scammer of them all(Yuichiro Watabe). He very disrespectful and lie, he need to be replace or the company will lost its revenue and bankrupt. This is what they(he) do best, tell you send the money for a unit, when they received the money they say to you the unit have mechanically problem then try and sell you a no good vehicle and say i will ship, i will ship it. Then to refund you is a problem. They will push you to the end and like the last customer they will take your money by overcharging you to send back your money so the they don't loose but rip you off. Please buy from Autocraft, TCV, SBT, Beforward, AAJapan etc.They will take out their USD30-40 from the wire transfer as standard for all banks in Japan. Do not buy from everycar.JP, you will regret. If you're from the third world country its even worse for you. Its seems like the Government in Japan is not doing nothing about it, so someone getting a cut from Yuichiro Watabe the scammer by profession. REFUND CUSTOMERS ALL THEIR MONEY DONT THEFT PEOPLE MONEY YUICHIRO WATABE. CRIMINAL MISCONDUCT.....

I agreed to buy a truck from them, the agreed price was USD12,000.. The truck failed the Inspection, they said they had another truck, the second truck failed inspection, When i called them the owner of the company would hang up on me when i asked for a refund... he wanted to keep half the money and send back half.. eventually the agreed to send back the money after keeping $3000 for "Costs" ... avoid them at all costs!

Caribbean people, please read this review. Be aware of everycar, they are some scammers. Look at some comments and always look at their poor ratings. Any ratings under 3.5 is to look into and they are 2.6 way below their branch mark. Then you would have to ask why. This is how they conduct business. They would put up a vehicle and when u buy they will tell you that vehicle have mechanical problems or it sold .. nothing like that and for you to get back your money is problem. They would force you to buy crop vehicles from them for the same price and they would force you to the last.. its the worse site to buy from . If you need a good vehicle try autocraft, Sbt aajapan beforward. Not everycar. Caribbean buying please don’t buy from everycar u will regret it. If you have problem with them before contact the embassy if Trinidad and Japan foreign minister for justice.

I paid in full for the vehicle and even the handling charges
They took my money And after two weeks advised me vehicle is not suitable for new Zealand
And They have not refunded my money yet

Please please DON'T ever buy a car from this company so called everycar. They are very unfaithful. what they do is once you choose a car from their stock and send them money, immediately they will notify that the car is not perfect. they will keep on promising you to find you a good car until your immediate agent disappear and cut the communication. this is what the so called Watabe did to after sending almost $6200 for the car i choose and went on exile stopped replying messages on whatsup while to me its showing he has ready the massage. By the grace of God his friend sent me a very finished vehicle after so many months which failed even to reach home. Please use other genuine sites when buying a car this site doesnt have vehicles in stock what they show is fake.
