Extremely disappointed with Everlast Gyms. For the price you pay, the experience is shockingly poor.

Customer service is non-existent — staff are unhelpful and any complaints sent to head office are completely ignored. The gym is constantly overcrowded, mostly with young kids who seem to get in for free, making it impossible to train properly.

Cleanliness is another major issue. The equipment is filthy, changing rooms are unhygienic, and basic standards of hygiene are clearly not being maintained.

Overall, this gym feels chaotic, neglected, and not worth the money. I would not recommend Everlast to anyone looking for a professional or respectful fitness environment.

I've been a part of the everlast community for 2 and a half yrs , I can honestly truthfully say it saved my life and has totally changed my life i started the gym at 13 and half stone now at 18 and a half stone. I have become stronger than I've ever been at the age of 49 the staff at the gym are amazing helpful and they can tell you exactly what you what to and need to know. They are a great set of people and the gym has everything you need nutrition advice weight advice and lifestyle advice can help in all manners....

Everlast Gym is an amazing place to train, but what truly sets it apart is Amber, the assistant manager. She’s the heart and soul of the gym — always welcoming, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping members feel comfortable and motivated. Whether you’re new to the gym or a regular, Amber goes above and beyond to create a positive, encouraging atmosphere.

The gym itself has a great variety of classes to suit all fitness levels and goals, from high-intensity sessions to more relaxed options. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a solid workout.

Highly recommend Everlast Gym — especially thanks to Amber, who makes it feel like more than just a gym. It’s a community.

Lovely gym.. I didn’t want to join a gym as I thought it was a man’s place but I can honestly say it’s a lovely experience and nothing to worry about, had pt sessions off Amber who is patient, friendly and very knowledgeable and she is very good and learning quickly your capabilities and adapting to your personal needs and expectations.

Preston Everlast is one of the best gym I’ve been to. A modern, clean gym with all the equipment you’d expect and more. The classes are amazing as are all the PTs, they really do make everyone feel welcome and are always encouraging. Big shout out to Amber Joseph and Tom Bamber whose classes are always challenging and rewarding

Kerion thanks yet again for conducting 2 great classes tonight. Cranked and Haymaker. You never fail in driving us to do our best and get the best out of the session. Since joining the gym last year I have not had a class I haven't enjoyed. Thanks for being polite, helpful and encouraging to enjoy the time spent at the gym. You are an asset to Everlast. Amazing staff. Good sized gym, could do with more equipment.

I’ve been attending here for 2 years I must say the staff here are absolutely amazing welcoming and helpful. One member of staff who is also now my pt her names Amber has really helped me grow confidence and hit goals I’ve never reached before she is always welcoming goes out of her way to go above and beyond even when it’s not her working hours she has come and trained beside me on days I’ve struggled to have any confidence she is definitely very popular at the gym and very well liked although she is very happy friendly and welcoming she does not tolerate anything other than friendly environment which always makes me feel safe when attending the gym. If your someone who struggles with self confidence the classes that are held here are regular and the people that attend them are also really nice 😊 overall best gym would never go anywhere else.

I recently joined everlast gym. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and always greet me with a smile. Ambers haymaker class is grueling but fun and always hits the mark. Chantelle is a lovely person and always make time to talk. This gym is quickly becoming a home from home. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

Went for a browse online to see the pricing for membership. Was happy to enter contact details to see the membership fees, had a look and then moved on to browse another one.

Next morning, not one, not two but three unsolicited phone calls from overly keen sales people looking to sign me up.

It really left a bad taste, because it's a sign of the company values - driven by commission driven sales and a growing reputation for contract gamesmanship for people wanting to leave.

I'm lucky, where I live there's a choice of other similar size gym's with different customer values, similar prices and a much more flexible membership structure.

It's a shame really, the gym is pretty good and the classes all seem to be there. It's just the people running it seem to be in it for the short term gain.

As a long time member of this franchise, I use this facility daily, HOWEVER, during the week it is never at capacity.
The weekend comes and the place is full of people who you never see from one day to the next.

Within this there are people who have blatantly never had an induction, who are open to injury and potentially are a safety issue.

Not only do these dangerous people take up the equipment, but hog it so you are queuing for excessive amounts of time.

Great gym, especially for the price. I just signed up for first two months at £1 and my friend gets a free month's membership from this too because I signed up using their link! Very stylish nicely laid out premises. Free parking! Good machines and loads of space. HUGE weights area with machines & equipment. High quality facilities and single sex steam rooms yay! The "breathe" room for yoga type classes is so nice. Recommended.

Very good Gym.

Very unhappy with this company I believe they rip people off, I signed up with them for 12 months, i could no longer attend and didnt go but continued to pay for the 12 mnths as per my contract, when the 12mnths was up i cancelled my DD as i hadnt been since July last year due to personal circumstances and my son. Today i have received an email saying i either pay £100 im in arrears or sign back up and they will wipe the arrears, when i called they said the contract is rolling and because i didnt cancel with them i now owe them for 5 months after my 12 months i signed up too. The contract is rolling but there asking me to sign back up 🤔 they never contacted me once when the 12 mnths was due to end by email, text, or phone, but several months later when im showing in arrears? Im lost for words, I didnt have £100 today so ive had to sign up for another 12 months at £20 a mnth so they would clear the arrears, unbelievable ive never had this with any gym ive ever used. I got the impression they had many conversations like this with customers recently too, I will not be recommending this gym to anybody and I will make dam sure people know what they are getting into.

The staff are so helpful and knowledgable!
The manager always has time for the members and the staff couldn't do more for you! to make you feel a valued member of the Gym!! I have referred two of my friends and more to come! Respect to everybody at the Preston Deepdale gym!

I am regular user of the gym.The classes are very good.The PTs are knowledgeable and supportive.Tom is a decent recent addition.
