We have been working with the fine people at eShipper for roughly two years. eShipper allows us to ship to the US and internationally via DHL, which is much cheaper than using Canada Post. We were able to offer our customers dramatically reduced shipping rates for this reason. They have always went above and beyond to work along side us, working on logistical solutions that have helped our business grow, and continue to grow. The service teams are very helpful, nice and friendly and the service is excellent! We would recommend eShipper (and have) to other businesses looking for cost effective solutions to their costly shipping issues. We look forward to working with eShipper for years to come!

Low pressure sales team, they have exceeded expectations. They have been able to help me multiple times when i have made mistakes processing shipments. They have comparable rates to getting a contract with a courier but they allow you to search across three separate services in my area so they essentially provide a 66% reduction in shipping quotation time for myself.

Very good record management system as well. The entry is a bit clunky due to screen refresh but it is at most a minor inconvenience.

Wonderful customer service; great follow-up. Above and beyond. We haven't looked back!
