Hello, At first, I was hesitant to use eShipper for my products, but the Customer Service Rep Raheel instilled confidence in me with his service. For my recent shipment, I was unsure what to enter in few fields and when I called Raheel, he responded amidst his vacation and resolved it. Never delivered + fake photo of recipient's home.…
I shipped a small parcel on December 4th to another address in Canada. It was supposed to take 5 days. By Christmas it still hadn't arrived. Then on January 7th Eshipper sent me photo of the recipient's home with the parcel outside their front door. Trouble was, that wasn't the recipient's home. A deliberate act by Eshipper to try and fool me. Customer NEVER got their parcel. Nice try Eshipper!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with eShipper, and I feel compelled to share my story to caution others considering their services.
I shipped a package through eShipper on November 29. Unfortunately, my package never reached its destination, and the tracking information showed no updates beyond December 2. This was an incredibly frustrating situation, especially considering the value and importance of the contents.
My attempts to reach out to eShipper's customer service only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, with long wait times on the phone and delayed responses to my emails. When I finally did get in touch with a representative, I felt they lacked the empathy and urgency one would expect in such a situation.
I understand that issues can arise, but the overall lack of transparency and assistance from eShipper was unacceptable.

I bring over 20+ years of customer service experience working in transportation & courier services, yet I was turned down a customer service job here recently. So please be advised that this company isn’t interested in hiring people with experience, and it’s clearly best you go with ANY OTHER COMPANY because they have individuals working here with only minimal customer service experience. Do you want your shipments handled by a new Canadian who’s just learning the ropes, or a company that hires based on solid experience? You’re looking at the wrong company then.

I wish I could give it negative markings.
I had 2 parcels from
India through it and it took 7 days from india to Canada (Brampton) and it’s 15days crossed already and I am not sure where is my parcel right now. It was in just near to my place regina on tracking and it was showing delivery of next day and after 2 days it is showing again going to Brampton. I contacted to their customer services and they said that we are not responsible for any delays.
The service has gone down in the past years
The customer service has gone down over the years. So many different problems that I wish I could put everything down here. When you have issues, either they would take months to resolve or they would eventually let the issues remained unresolve. There was a case where the same courier overcharged us thrice costing us over $200, even though Eshipper acknowledged that there was error yet they could not resolve the issue after 6 months. I wrote many emails and each department pointed to the other until I gave up. The latest issue is that during December 2022 their system showing the usual shipping price. When the invoices came weeks after, all the shipping charges were almost double of what were shown on their system at the time of purchasing the shipping label. Frustrating experience in the past 1 year. Looks like it's time for us to search for a better shipping service.

The worse and most pathetic service I have ever used. I booked my first shipment and they lost it. They make false promise to deliver within one day.
Credit card charged without consent
I would give a 0 rate if I could. Husein send me the register link which require me the credit card info. Around 5mins after I registered. My credit card was charged erroneously with a $1.00 that I did not authorize from the company called Canada Worldwide Services, which have the same address of “eshipper”. My bank have to order a new credit card for me and it cause so much trouble as I am about to go to a trip.
eShipper life saver!
Before eShipper we have been struggling with domestic shipments as Canada Post can be very pricy. eShipper has enabled us to get quotes from multiple couriers at the same time and the rates are way better. This way we could easily afford to ship B2B to other provinces. We used eShipper for getting stuff from the US and it worked well too. Thank you eShipper!!!

Working with E-shipper has truly changed the way we do business. They offer competitiverates and are friendly, experienced and most of all committed to helping my business grow. Working with Husein is a heaven sent. His ability to go out of his way to ensure we are taken care of is remarkable. If you are looking to grow your business I recommend giving e-shipper a try and you wont regret it.
Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional; argumentative and pushy; contacted me from a cell phone in Toronto with no verifiable customer ID displayed and from a number with no information after a reverse # search. I tried to remove my account (within one hour of registering) and could not. My credit card was charged erroneously with a $1.00 charge that I did not authorize. I called the number listed for the "company" and received still ANOTHER rhetorical, circular argument. I reported this to BBB and to police. I demanded my account be deleted forthwith and confirmation emailed to me TODAY. No response yet.
THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY.

Terrible software that barely works. Nothing about it is intuitive, which leads to overcharging on shipments when it does work properly.

Disaster. It has been an awful experience.
Unless you opt to pay an extra $500/month for an account manager you get treated like dirt.
The fees are way too much for the poor service and bulls$@T promises this company makes.

I wish I had read the reviews! Terrible company! Can't track a shipment, apparently a technical issue. Chat is useless because they only do couriers not LTL so they tell me to email operations. Email bounces back because the mailbox is full. Second shipment, I keep getting an error message, I tried 5 times!! Call my rep who says he can see I booked shipment but can't get me a waybill because of technical issues. Driver shows up and I have no waybill AND he thinks he's picking up FIVE pallets! We have to handwrite a waybill so driver has something to take. My rep suggests we just have them pickup tomorrow! Seriously? NO!!! Fix your stupid system. I'm done. Two shipment, two nightmares. There will not be a third chance at bat.

They had the exact skid weight, They send a truck with a Tailgate not powerful enough or not large enought so we had to unload by hand over 4000 lbs, but they still charge us for waiting time. Make total sense, let send a truck without the proper equipment and charge the customer the waiting time we had to do because we didn't send a truck of what he paid for...

AVOID! They will overcharge you
My company has been using them to create shipping labels, but recently I've realized that they keep overcharging you... I would not mind if it was less than $5, but it's not acceptable that their initial quote is $12.51, and then they "adjust" it to $42.23 a month later. They basically give you a very competitive rate in the beginning and then they charge you more ($30!) the next month. They also automatically charge your card so you cannot do anything about it. They have done it dozens of times so we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointing and I feel like it's a scam business.
Lousy service.
I had problems with printing shipping tickets. The ticket would flash on the screen for a split second and then disappear. There was no time to click the "print" button. This happened several times with several ship tickets. I spoke to someone on the "chat" service and was instructed to contact their "Great" tech support. That was on November 15th. Today is the 29th which is the first time someone got back to me. I went elsewhere to ship until the issue resolved itself. Not very good, eh?
