We oreder some parts for our carrier and had them delivered within 48h!

The price of the bag dropped by €70 on the very same day I placed the order, which is quite significant. However, customer service only offered a 15% discount on a future purchase and refused to provide an online store voucher that would at least partially cover the difference.

Do they really think I would spend more of my money after such an experience just to get a 15% discount? That feels like a mockery.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your brand.

I have a velcro baby who hates baby carriers. I saw this type of sling and after a thorow research it turned out that Upsie sling carrier by Ergobaby is the only one suitable for babies from 6 months. IT IS a game changer. Thank you!

Built and finishings are of good quality. Ergonomically comfortable for parent and child. No discomfort during wear, no back pain afterwards.

I want to return my items but return label creation not possible. I tried to call and write customer service without success

Very poor customer service and experience. I have received my order partially and couldn’t reach customer support nether through email or phone.
It’s very frustrating!

We got the ergo baby Highchair and we are very disappointed with it. Our small baby who is now 8 months old still doesn’t fit the Highchair. The bucket seat is too big for any baby starting solids. So the posture is terrible for them as they fall back and slouch over the high tray. Putting towels can help somewhat but it is very frustrating to be trying to adjust and pad and clean all the towels daily. You can’t just sit her in the chair and have her ready. The tray is also very difficult to remove and can only be done with 2 hands which is then a danger for making sure baby doesn’t slip through while trying to take it off. Especially sicnce the baby doesn’t have a good fit with the huge seat threat designed. I wish I didn’t buy this or had a solution for the malfunction of the seat that does not promote good eating posture. Do not recommend this high mohair at all

The Babycarrier is quite comfortable and when correctly placed does not cause back pain as other carriers, is really ergonomic for the baby and the materials are top quality. The downside is that it is a little bit tricky to adjust all the straps and I find it a little troublesome to close the strap on the back

I loved it the moment I tried it. I could feel the great difference between ergo baby carrier and other carriers I tried. I was no longer feeling uncomfortable carry my baby and I could see my baby loving it too. It's great because I could no longer feel the baby's weight on my hips and shoulders and because my baby feel comfortable in it too. Mind you my baby is a heavy little girl, so I totally recommend it. However, I wish they had stores and a website selling across Africa because I had to order from Europe and had my brother send it to me from France. I can imagine how hard that is going to be for people who have no one in Europe to do that for them.
