After my unanswered emails and this review (may be coincidence) my parcel was collected yesterday and delivered today. Thank you Equi Supermarket for getting it sorted for me as now only took one week total which was approximately what I expected to start with.

PLEASE get at least your email system sorted so we can contact you and avoid these reviews.

6 days ago I ordered a horse supplement. I almost instantly received a "your order is on the way" with a Yodel tracking number. My order has still not been dispatched yet and Equi Supermarket won't answer emails or phone calls.

Avoid! zero correspondence - wondered if I was going to get my order - finally arrived &they have sent completely the wrong item! No phone number to contact them - no return label in the box to return & emails unanswered.

Used in the past no problem but I can see there are issues here and will avoid at all costs in the future! Have taken out a PayPal dispute with them are they have not delivery my goods (10 working days since they took payment) and neither have they acknowledged my emails. Not answering telephone calls either. AVOID

Horrendous customer service. They don't reply to phone or email. No communication I assumed they weren't going to deliver and actioned charge back through my bank. Now they are bloody delivering it when I've already had to buy same product else where. I am furious. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Package not arrived, yet I was charged immediately, no reply to emails, no phone number. Really terrible company with no customer service. I think they’ve been bought out recently and they are now not fit to trade.

The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Received a broken tub of supplement as it was packaged incorrectly and they want the moon rather than just replacing it. The tub split and the contents spilled and they want us to weigh it and send a ton of photos and chat transcripts from yodel who we have not been in touch with. Will be escalating the complaint with PayPal and leaving negative reviews wherever possible to warn others.

Horriffic!!! don't ever use. I never received my item, no response whenever I sent them a message, impossible to get hold of with no phone number. I've resigned to the fact I don't think I'm going to get my ordered item.

Item received as described within 5 working days of placing my order. Good value for money compared to other sites. No comms to acknowledge order/dispatch, which did worry me, given the other reviews, but I didn’t experience any problems.

Absolutely no communication or response to emails

Ordered 2 items, only 1 delivered. Tried to email company trwice, no response, and as yet no refund for missing item.

Haven’t delivered part of my order haven’t had a refund and they are asking me to prove I haven’t received it! Customer service unhelpful and slow. Really bad service will never return.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 x 2.5 kilograms of breathe easy supplement. Only one bag arrived a week later so I had to chase via email (no phone number available for me to call them!!) they said it was a packaging error and another label had been printed and the remainder of the order will be sent in due course. Few days later I received a 1kg tub (not the 2.5kg I ordered). I was then asked to prove what I had received via email. I asked for them to collect the 1kg as it’s not what I ordered but they decided instead to refund me the difference which usually wouldn’t have been a problem but this was for my friend. Unwilling to communicate and very dismissive over email. Appalling customer service. As shame as I had been a regular customer but not anymore.

AVOID THIS COMPANY …..Ordered a set of horse clippers last Wednesday, received a very generic order acknowledgment, then nothing. Tried to contact company who also trade as HAVELINS PETCARE but no phone number and no response to emails. After further research appears their parent company is GJM Titmuss. Called the accounts department who at first denied connection with Equi Supermarket but then asked for my order number to check status. They claimed they couldn’t find the order and promised someone will call me back today. We will wait and see but given other reviews here I think I have been conned and will be taking further action tomorrow!

Placed a large order, it took ages to arrive and - reading reviews - assumed I had been scammed so contacted the (totally different) company on my PayPal order (never got any confirmation emails). They said they have nothing to do with Equisupermarket (not true, turns out they are the parent company) but sounded very fed up like they get a lot of these calls. Said they would escalate it to them, nothing happened. So I opened a PayPal dispute, suddenly half my order arrived. I replied asking where the other half was, no response. Infuriatingly, PayPal decided in their favour because they provided proof of shipment through a tracking number - but only for the half that was delivered! Now out of pocket - which I really can’t afford, no further action I can take and can’t even contact the company. They have literally stolen from me. Avoid at all costs.

Incomplete order - I ordered and paid for two sacks of horse feed but have only received one. I have emailed but get no response. I have phoned but get no answer. Definitely a company to be avoided!!

Avoid like the plague….been trying. To contact them regarding my order which is damaged after several emails still no reply so I now have faulty goods and have lost my money they are absolutely terrible and also it takes them forever to deliver your goods and also they sell goods at the don’t actually have in stock

They process orders, send acknowledgement, even give tracking link, but then nothing. No updates, no indication of when they may deliver, and the tracking just keeps returning "still with supplier".
You can ring a contact number when you can find it, but it is never answered - just gives a beep, beep, beep, endlessly. Would give no stars if the system allowed!!!!

Ordered over a week ago, a generic email confirmed the order had gone through. Then…nothing. No dispatch email, no delivery, no goods. I tried to contact Equisupermarket but no response. In the end I had to file a claim via PayPal - and with that I had a response. It was pretty rude. Blamed short staffing but I think they could still let buyers know if their order is delayed. Still no delivery.

If I could give no stars I would! Never use this company!
They took my money a month ago and on my account it said items allocated! I waited and waited and nothing arrived. When I eventually contacted them they told me that they had not seen the order and that one of the items was out of stock! Furious is not the word. Appalling misuse of my money! They have basically banked my money for a month and will now take 5 days to return it.
Do not use this company!
