Worst service EVER! They will not follow up with you. They will not manage your order or ensure you meet your deadline and then, they will not accept responsibility. Zero communication. Zero updates on your orders. AWFUL customer support. Actually, just ZERO customer support! Do not order from this company if you actually have a deadline or, even, if you expect to receive a product at all. You won't. They will unapologetically leave you high and dry. Trust me! I ended up using PROMO DIRECT and they stayed on top of my order, while communicating with me every step of the way to ensure I would meet my deadline and ended up saving the day for me after EPromo completely dropped the ball. (literally as I had order beach balls that I never received.) Use anyone, but don't use EPromo

Such a disappointment. I needed a branded notebook for an event - I went through the entire process, got the proofs, paid for rush service with a guaranteed delivery date that THEY CONFIRMED.
Only to receive an email 3 days later that it was out of stock….now I can’t even get it in time from another vendor even with rush service. Worst possible experience. Will NEVER use again.

I ordered 100 journals and reordered them. I was told to give Chandrell my shipping address and I told her I needed them right away. she responded asking for the new artwork and I responded it was the same. she never got the response and never followed up. Now they are too busy to get my order to me in time. I am so disappointed.

Attention Patriots! Do not order anything from the company called ePromos!
My wife and I were discussing the status of the United States currently. She jokingly suggested an idea that we called “Bidens bag of accomplishments” these “doggy poo bags” have the face of Joe Biden and the words: “Bidens bag of accomplishments” on the bag. She also designed a dog bone waste bag dispenser for the bags, that come in a roll of 20, that clips to the dog’s leash. We decided to make this item and I called ePromos located at 113 5th Ave. S., St. Cloud, MN 56301 phone: 877-377-6667, I spoke to a Lindsay Conti, who was very accommodating and helped me order 500 containers that would each hold 20 doggy bags. Lindsay said I would receive an email within 24 hours detailing everything and I would be expected to then pay the full amount at that time. A couple of days later I finally received an email that simply stated: ePromos will not be able to fill my order. No other explanation. I called Lindsay and asked her why and she simply repeated the same statement. So, we had to start all over again and I called AnyPro promotional products at 888-369-9885 they were extremely polite and very accommodating and within a few minutes we placed our order at a lower price!

I reached out looking for gift basket ideas for new residents and giveaways during the year. Mallory Zemlicka has been a true gift with ideas and product selection. She has ensured samples have been sent quickly for review and I cannot wait to get these baskets together, they are going to go over really well!

As a person new to merchandise purchasing, I felt a little adrift. Then I got Betsy Maurer as my rep and she has been a LIFESAVER! Her advice and guidance have proven to be spot on and my sales of merchandise quickly eclipsed those of my predecessor. I could not be happier....although I definitely have purchased more than I intended when I started! I have recommended epromos to others and will continue to do so without hesitation. They go above and beyond mere order filling

I have used Epromos to purchase pens to give out to firefighters, nurses, doctors, medical staff, church camps, etc. They have always come through and they are super quick in delivering your merchandise. I want to commend Julie Gray, Sheila Tepley, and Anna Gould. Thank you all for your dedication to customer service. Just purchased $1200 of promo products with confidence!

"So I ordered 150 notebooks, asked for expedited delivery in anticipation of a conference. Spent two days going back and forth with them on the order. Only then did they mention that they didn't have the item in stock and that it couldn't be delivered on time for the event.Ended up spending more money, but DiscountMugs.com delivered with time to spare, even though I wasted almost a week on these jokers. "

I tried ordering from EPromos but could never get what I needed, there was always another issue I had to deal with...the products seem awesome, the service is terrible...a lot more trouble that it was worth, my company ended up taking our business elsewhere, told to upgrade shipping or else
