Made a couple of orders with these guys this year. Both arrived quickly and well packaged (although one of the packages did suffer a bit at the hands of the courier, the contents was fine).

Surplus gear just seems to be getting more expensive, so I can't comment on prices, but the stuff I brought seemed reasonable.

Would happily use them again.

Awesome, just awesome! I am a low-key military reproduction collector and I just wanted a certain miltary style of hat for my personal collection. I have had an indifferent experience with another company before (not Epic) so before going ahead, I checked Epic Militaria's reviews on Trust Pilot and as they were invariably good, I went ahead. The ordering process was painless, and the goods came much quicker than I had expected. The product itself was a thousand times better than I would have hoped for and if I had been in a room with one hundred similar hats to choose from, in both quality and price, I would have chosen the hat that they sent. The price was fabulous and the quality, I would certainly use them again and again.

I've always experienced speedy and complete deliveries. From ordering via air mail until delivery it takes seven days at most, five was the fastest. Another point from the 3-point line!

I ordered a SS 1944 jacket or something like that and they sent the wrong size. They haven’t responded. It’s been a week. If you’re from the US, don’t buy.

First class customer service, straightforward and efficient. Purchased a jacket of the wrong size which was returned and replaced very quickly. Also a good quality item and value for money.

I bought replicas of sleeve insignia at Epic Militaria,
the quality of used materials and their design was excellent, very close to the original. Communication with the seller and shipping was seamless and very fast, despite the fact that the shipment went through half of Europe (and pandemic restrictions).

I bought a lot of items Last year to make a Band of Brothers US Airborne outfit.
From the moment I got in touch with them, their customer service was excellent.
All the goods arrived very promptly & I was very pleased with the quality & look of everything I purchased.
The price was very competitive & better than most for such quality goods!
Sadly CV19 caused cancellation of a few do’s that had been planned to celebrate VE Day so the outfit only got one outing!!
Unfortunately the trousers split & couldn’t be repaired.
I rang Epic & they asked me to return them immediately promising me a replacement or money back!
Their attitude was excellent & was so refreshing to hear with their returns policy!
I’ve had dealings with other companies & their first action is to try to blame the customer for any fault that has occurred!!
NO such problem with Epic Militaria!
They were Very apologetic that their goods had not lived up to the high quality standards that they set!!
They sent me a new pair out once they’d received my old pair!
It’s really nice to deal with a company that backs its goods & doesn’t try to hide from its responsibilities to its customers!

It's quite responsive and do deliver. Quality not bad. The C/P ratio is acceptable. If can ship with complete trackable post service will be great. (current only tells you shipment, customs and arrival, no more detail.) It takes a months to arrive which I supposed.

I used they're website to purchase my items and I communicated with them via Instagram. I asked them my many questions (on Instagram) and they answered them all for me. They were very polite in general. I would also like to add that they're prices for gas masks were very reasonable. I am starting a collection of gas masks and due to Covid many stores have upped they're gas mask prices to ridiculous amounts but Epic did not (and even before Covid 19 had started people were charging crazy prices for gas masks). I am lucky to have discovered Epic Militaria since I might have bought the same type of mask but for 15 to 20 pounds instead of only 4. I would definitely recommend Epic over any other military surplus and reenactor store.

I bought a reproduction M7 bayonet which was sent out very fast, it had some fairly major manufacturing defects which really should have been caught at the factory. Instead it found it's way to me. I respectfully brought this to Epics attention and as well as sorting out a painless return, another one was checked and sent out just as quickly. The difference was significant, the customer service was polite, helpful and efficient. I had a single point of contact throughout (Mariana) so avoided the potential of an 'explainathon' each time I contacted them. Whatever you buy from Epic, I believe that they will stand behind what they sell; that has certainly been my experience.
