Fast support, Live Chat has helped me a lot, if i have a question he answare my question and a little more, fast, cheep, nice service and great guy just to talk to in general, looking forward to Host my retro at epichosts

We got a deal with him and everything. The support is the best thing i ever tried!

First I ordered a VPS from EpicHosts to run my web-servers on, it took a while to set up, but when It was set up I had no other problems. I ran into an issue where the VPS was to slow for my needs so I contacted support via Skype and asked if I could be swapped to their web-hosting package, within minutes I was swapped out to a web hosting package, and got an extra 2 months.

Their support is good, but there is one issue, they aren't always around. I went 3 days waiting for their support to come online, but when they did (like said above) they solve my issues instantly. But with their prices this low, it's understandable - you get what you pay for.

Overall my opinion on this host is pretty positive, I would recommend them.

I would highly recommend epichosts! They are... Epic. Super fast services, I haven't found any fault.

So far my experience with Epic Hosts has been amazing! I've had no issues, problems, hassles ect with the hosting whatsoever! They have given me amazing support on any problems I've had or if I just wanted to query something. I recommend Epic Hosts 100%! just a shame I couldn't have found them sooner!

This company is the place to go when you're looking for some place to host a small website/websites. With the unlimited everything for £2.99/month, it's an absolute bargain! I do think that the web hosting is the real value on EpicHosts as you can get SHOUTcast servers in different places for a lot cheaper, but I would definitely recommend this company for your web hosting needs!

Purchased from Epic Hosts yesterday a TS3 server for an online gaming community and cannot fault by far! Fantastic set-up and support received with questions answered promptly.

I would really recommend EpicHosts they are efficient and love to be able to help. Really happy so far with the service. And gee the internet connection is the best i've seen.

This hosting website is great! Good support also no downtime on the vpses! I have been with this guys for a while now and i will always be because of the stable vpses.

I gotta say this has been the most and trustworthy hosting company I have used, I have been a member here for years and I gotta say they live up to their words!

*Since his reply was even more dishonest, I'll shed some more details on this company. To anyone who cares about privacy, just know that during the Paypal dispute, both myself and Paypal were presented with a pair of uncensored invoices, complete with names and email addresses. This is, of course, in complete contrast to their privacy policy which states;

"We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above."


I will be reviewing their VPS service and general conduct as those are the only aspects I have come in contact with on EpicHosts.

I ordered my VPS expecting a fast setup as is usually the case with virtual services, and instead got a reply saying it would be available 'close to midnight or by the next day'. As of now I am writing on noon of that 'next day' and I have yet to receive my VPS. The answered I received when asked to know why the setup was delaying was this:

"Hi,

It's not a delay, just the way the VPSes are processed to ensure they are fully working and built sufficiently for utmost satisfaction when delivered to customers!"

I believe [name] (The owner of EpicHosts) may have oversold and was therefore looking for a way to accomodate.

Their live chat is non-existent, the e-mail hours are inaccurate at best(I sent several emails prior to 11 PM and did not receive an answer)

I advise anyone looking to do business with EpicHosts to contact them in advance to see exactly what you're getting.

After he refused to provide me with a refund, I opened a dispute in which he told PayPal that he not only provided me with the service, but that I am scamming him. My billing account has since been removed from EpicHosts and with it any trace of my order.(Although I still have a copy of the invoice)
