They are misleading, offer a free membership, but want credit card details and debit your card immediately. They are awful. Very hard to cancel and deal with. I truly cannot believe a company this bad, this fraudulent is allowed to trade anywhere.

Very much like efax another scam company. Avoid like the plague!

It was tricked.
Skillful credit cheat.
Very unpleasant.

SO i thought what heck, register but no charges.... yep right away they want your card info. its not till i entered it that it right away had me signed up for a 5 day trial. tried to see if i could back up and cancel before it was ok'd. Only option i had was to go forward. I then went to go cancel and in order to do so online they want me to PAY a 1.00 process fee..... NOPE!
so i called CS to get it canceled. said it will take 3-7 days to refund my pending charge.... ok it was a free trial! Don't trust this company! On top of it all it didn't even have the movie i wanted to watch! a bunch of movies not even netflix worthy!

Eon play debits started appearing on our credit card. I assumed it was a purchase of my husband's, but when I checked, it wasn't. It appears that I may have joined up for an initial $1, but after that I received zero information. I never, ever, used the service and they never tried to contact me. Not happy. Total waste of money, which they took under false pretenses.

My daugher (13 years old) has been on Eonplays internetsite that promise a free account. She has no permission from adults to make the account.
Now Eonplay claim 300 dKr. a month and it is not possible to stop the account.
Severel times I have wrote and called the company, but they never call or write back.
They only write this standard email back.

I have talked to my daughers bank and they have closed the account to Stop Eonplay getting more money.
The bank have wrote to Eonplay and Eonplay tells that my dauther have wrote that she is over 18 years old. (don´t know hos that can happend. We have nothing got from Eonplay about her age when she maked the account.

So STAY AWAY from Eonplay - it is not a serious company.
