My children have sent me a subscription for my yearly birthday and Xmas gift.

I don't know what happened to this company but they have gone down hill. When I first signed up with them about two years ago they were great and would always send the correct amount of stems at least 20 plus flowers or fix it if it wasn't right. I could make two bouquets with the amount of flowers they use to send. Fast forward to ordering another 6 month subscription and it all changed. Here are the issues with this subscription: I have had to email them for two different months that they never sent my shipment. The flowers don't last like they use. I am lucky if I get a week where they use to last two to three weeks before, I am now on shipment 5 of 6 and have yet to receive the required number of stems. Date/stems received: Mar/16, April/17, May/17,June/18, July/19. My first email about this issue was never addressed. Even twenty stems I would ok with but I am not even getting that. Their website clearly states 25 stems and I sent a screen shot in a second email stating this. I emailed them TWICE about this and their customer service rep had the nerve to say I waited five months to tell them which was not true and I included the first email that I stated this issue and it went unanswered. He then tried to back track and claim the 25 stems includes the green filler! You might be able to fool a new customer with that lie but I know better since this was not the case with my previous subscription from them. Nowhere on their website does it state green filler counts has the stems and the pictures they include to represent each bundle shows hardly any filler, with the correct amount of flower stems you sign up for! This is designed to mislead and cheat customers to think they are getting more than they are with false advertising. Buyer beware

I appreciate their attempt to deliver fresh colorful flowers, but for $62.00 (I placed a one that me bouquet order), it was mostly filler with very few colorful or unusual flowers. I could do better at my local grocery store or my local florist. It’s a great concept, but it was disappointing. So I will not be ordering again as a regular subscriber.

The company contacted me and is sending a new arrangement. I truly appreciate their effort to please their customers, I was completely surprised and grateful for their caring and professional attitude. I plan to use them again in the future, keep up the good work!😊👍😊👍

I gifted a 3 month subscription bouquet to my wife for Christmas. The first bouquet arrived as scheduled in early January. Nice but nothing special. It’s now mid-February and I’ve heard nothing more from the company except weekly solicitation emails from them about other ‘specials’, etc. When I contacted them I was told they are ‘sorry’ but they were sold out because of Valentines Day. Seriously!! I prepaid for the delivery in December.

I received a nice reply from the company responding to my public review but neither their public reply nor the email the refer to in their reply has responded to my issue. I prepaid for monthly flower deliveries that have not been fulfilled and their replies give me no confidence that they ever will be. They state in their reply that all is fine but when I log into my account it still says “unscheduled “.

I just received my second shipment of a 3 month subscription and decided to cancel. I LOVE having fresh flowers around and thought a subscription would bring some needed joy and color to our quarantine, but the flowers (although fresh & delivered on time) are not really of an exceptional variety. The first delivery contained a good assortment and I was looking forward to this second delivery, but this second one was really basic. Mostly roses, a few eucalyptus stems and that was about it. Nothing special. Nothing I couldn't pick up at the local grocery. I would have thought they would try to "WOW" me for these three subscription deliveries in hopes of securing a longer subscription length, but I guess not.

My wedding is in June and I have been emailing them since last week and no one has gotten back to me. I just want to make sure my flowers will arrive in time for my wedding and I’m trying to do a few changes but I’m starting to stress over flowers because I can’t get a hold of anyone!! I have ordered my wedding flowers from them. Amid the crisis of the virus I have tried to contact them so many times about potentially rescheduling my flower delivery if my date changes and no one will get back to me. I am starting to worry that this is a hoax as it’s pretty coincidental that all communication stops when I’ve paid most of my invoice.

Once again, wow!! The flowers that were delivered to my friend are absolutely beautiful, fresh, firm, no brown spot, just amazing!! This was my 3rd-time purchasing from Enjoy Flowers, and I will be purchasing again today or tomorrow for a friend who just had her baby!! A+++

Enjoy Flowers cancelled my order with no communication as to why and still charged me for the service. Customer service is atrocious and hasn’t been able to help at all.
You would get better service from literally any other retailer.

My son gave me a subscription for Christmas. Every month they arrive with amazing packing materials. I know a week ahead when they will be delivered and I get a text when they arrive at the front door. The flowers each month are gorgeous and last about two weeks. BEST FLOWERS EVER!

I got a three month subscription to try this service out. They arrived in a timely way and were well presented. However, I have two complaints. The flowers just are not fresh. When first placing them in a vase some petals are dropping. Usually very long lived calla lilies were flopped over with rotted stems within three days. The second issue is the mix of flowers. Yes, there are a good amount but they are an incoherent mix of many flowers. Not a classy mix. Lots of carnation like flowers. Last month there was a random orange flower in a bunch with white and pink.

Received my first farm fresh subscription bouquet from my husband. Absolutely stunning! Opening the box was so exciting, and the smell of the flowers was sweet. UPDATE - Customer service came through with a full explanation of why my subscription wasn't cancelled on time and we came to a resolution that was satisfactory for me. Even though I cancelled, I had planned on using their services for gifts for friends and family and now that I know that communication is great with Enjoy Flowers, I can feel that way again.
I tried to cancel before they renewed my subscription..seems like they just wanted to ignore it instead. Well, I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Horrible. Will never consider Enjoy Flowers again.
Also wanted to add that with every shipment, the flowers didn't last as long and were significantly smaller than the first flower delivery.
