There's such a relaxed atmosphere here…
There's such a relaxed atmosphere here I've never felt so at home in a gym. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The equipment and classes are great. Also, I'm recovering from surgery and my personal trainer Ben has been incredible at helping me rebuild strength and get back to feeling fit again.

Great little gym
Even though it is quite compact, it does have everything you need. Always clean and staff are friendly.

I love this gym
I love this gym. It had the friendliest most helpful staff ever and all the equipment you need for a good workout.
I'm not giving 5 stars because even though they have really good instructors their class timetable is all over the place.

Would highly recommend
For the price, it’s great. Limited facilities but if you’re aware of that and okay with it then it’s perfect. Staff and trainers are very nice and friendly and keen to help should you need it.

Great gym just in the middle of Putney…
Great gym just in the middle of Putney high street and around the corner from my house (really helpful is you are as lazy as me).
Really good range of equipment and a nice yard witH TRX and bags.
Lots of classes to chose from and all the PTs are really helpful and well trained. The classes are absolutely amazing and well organised.
Highly recommended.

Workouts of the weeks require equipment not even available in the gym (Putney).

Good but small gym
Good gym and have enjoyed all my experiences so far. Classes have been fun and the staff helpful and friendly.
Could potentially do with some more varied equipment but the basics are all there.
Pity there are not more bathrooms!

Friendly local gym
I really enjoy coming to énergie Fitness in Putney. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, there's a great range of equipment and classes, and while it's popular, it's never overly busy.

Really nice gym, nice staff, clean and nice bathroom facilities. One thing missing is an assisted pull up/chin up machine. Otherwise great!

I really like the gym
I really like the gym, staff are great & really approachable & helpful. It is getting quite busy though and sometimes feels like there's not enough space / equipment at busy periods and equally not enough lockers which can be a bit of a pain. Otherwise, really like it.
