Excellent experience
Feel safe and comfortable working out with a friendly knowledgable Trainer who has helped me make good progress post major surgery earlier in the year.
Hugh praise to Jo and her staff who all friendly, always willing to help with anything, but more importantly all safety measures are taken in a Covid-current gym environment. Staff are diligent in cleaning equipment and I am pleasantly surprised to see majority of gym-members are complying with hygiene rules.

I love this gym
I love this gym. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that lets it down is sometimes it coyld do with a good dust and that the bio-metric bmi thingy NEVER seems to work.

Music a Drag at Energie Fitness in Palmers Green
Some of the pts like to play hip hop playlist
It’s a drag to train to. Most Pts will change it when asked but a few have recently started to change it back to a hip hop and rap play list. Good facilities. Been difficult to contact the owner.. There has been other customers coming up to me saying well done for asking them to change it.. You can play your hip hop.. Just mix it up.. Those pts don’t realise the customers are paying to be there and they’re getting paid to be there. All I can say is... Bring back James.. James was the best manager because he actually tried to keep the customer happy.. He is also a bit of a friend but because he is a nice person.. And good at his job.. He is training in Thailand.. Hope he comes back..

Best gym in Palmers Green
Really happy with this gym. The classes are great as is the Energie staff who are friendly, courteous and very professional. The gym is located conveniently for me as I live in Palmers Green and the monthly cost is very reasonable. I love the yoga and Hiit/Core classes!
As suggestion, it would be good to see more spin classes in the evening/weekend as I currently am unable to book 2 weeks in advance on my membership plan, which means I am always on the waitlist.

Great gym
Staff at the gym are friendly and always happy to answer questions. Surroundings always appear clean and tidy. Booking through the app is very helpful. Large choice of classes are, external teachers are very good.

Amazing gym. Lovely and friendly staff! Plenty of machines and free weights available and a wide range of classes on offer as well.
The gym is kept clean and has high quality changing rooms and showers.
Perfectly located with a car park and nearby train station.
