Would 100% recommend to anyone going to the gym for the first time! All of the staff are so lovely and encouraging and other members are also so nice. I haven’t felt out of place once! Would definitely recommend!

The most non-judgemental gym
Came for my first trial on Tuesday with Skye. Spoke to a young man when I arrived, he was so reassuring, talked me through everything. Skye then took us through a trial PT session, and I’ve never felt so comfortable and not judged in a gym before. I’ve signed up, and hoping this is the start to a healthier future.

I like the fact that the staff are very accommodating but sometimes a trainee get frustrated if you happen to be a first timer.
How to use the machines for first timer can sometimes be unpleasant but the team manages to guide you until you are properly integrated into the machine usage

Staff are great always welcoming and make you feel welcome...the manager Wayne is lovely always willing to help with anything you need ...Skye is so nice and welcoming she really made us feel confident and comfortable when doing the zumba class..the classes are amazing and deffo gave us a good workout

Wayne is great, Pelé is tough but the people are so friendly and welcoming, it’s cheap and there’s so many classes to help you find common companions. It’s a super chill gym with great air conditioning..would surely recommend to anyone
