I have only just start my membership with this gym it's a great place to work out.. The staff helpful.
I love the equipments they have, I have been looking to do the rope exercise and another full body work out equipment man the equipment are not common there.. They are loaded I just love it..

Friendly gym with good equipment and John was very helpful with instructions on how to use the equipment I hadn’t used before.

I’ve been going to Energie Fitness for the past 3 months and I’ve seen massive difference both physically and mentally. I mainly go to classes and all I can say is that all the trainer are super helpful super supportive and I made a lot of friends in there. Well done to everyone for their amazing skills as trainers and the work they deliver !!

I would like to give special credits to Nick as he is supporting me and pushing me to my limits since day one. Lastly his self defence class is really helpful as anything could happen in our normal day routine and this classes could prove helpful.

I have great experience since I joined the gym. I have pt sessions with Nikolas twice every week. He has been very awesome and he is bringing out the best in me. He is lively and always smiling.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and tidy and has an all round great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend heading down there!

Honestly I think the gym is great, it has everything I need and expect from a gym. But what will possibly lead me to change to another gym are the hours, it closes very early! Yes 22:00h is early! Practically every day I have to leave my tasks at work behind and run out to work out and this is hurting me. I know I'm part of a minority, but since my opinion was asked, that's it! Try to close later and improve weekend hours.

I joined the Gym in Aug, the staff are so friendly & helpful. I booked 5 Personal Training sessions with James. The sessions have been great & he has been so encouraging, I have seen my self confidence grow & I have really enjoyed them. Thank you James & all the staff.
