I like the gym. I go four times a week usually. The people are friendly and I enjoy spending time there. I recommend it!

Best gym I've been a member of!
I love this gym. Really friendly, helpful team who always make you feel welcome. I've been to some gyms that have been very intimidating before but Energie has a really nice feel. The pool is lovely and never gets too busy.

Friendly place
This is a welcoming, friendly gym with great facilities. It has a good range of classes. I have been coming here for 2 years and it has allowed me to improve my fitness and wellbeing. The staff are helpful, knowledgable and great to work out with.

All around it’s fine. But few of your staffs are not friendly ( some times too rude even) Secondly no good cleanses especially changing room

The media systems on the machines…
The media systems on the machines barely work, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise, friendly staff and a great place to exercise without the intimidating atmosphere in some gyms. Pool is good, too.

The benefits of joining Energie fitness club.
This is a very friendly club. The staff are always helpful and seem to know everyone by name. At present I go to one class, and use the swimming pool on another day.
When I first moved to East Grinstead area 16 years ago my husband was enthusiastic about joining a fitness club. It proved to be a good decision. For me it gave me the opportunity to make new friends, and that has continued. This aspect has been of equal importance as the fitness side.

Atmosphere here is like a family team,also remember there is nice swimming pool,sauna also classes for children swimming classes.

It’s got good facilities but looks…
It’s got good facilities but looks rundown. The lockers need repairing and people should not be allowed to hog lockers.
It might be worth putting the prices up slightly to allow for investment in the gym.
