Overall grand with a lot of small issues
The gym is very small although has most things you need. An abductor/adductor machine is deffo needed though.
If you at a busy time there’s not a lot of space to do weight training most floor space is taken up by benches and machines and not a lot of actual clear space to train.
The changing rooms have really poor ventilation and are always stinking, ladies changing room only has one working toilet cubicle for weeks.
It’s a grand gym to tide you over for a few months but I wouldn’t really want to train there long term as it’s poor compared to other energie gyms in terms of size

I would highly recommend this gym
I would highly recommend this gym, the gym has a wide range of machines and weights. It's very well looked after. I find staff are so friendly and helpful. I done a few personal training sessions with Shauna she is so lovely and really helped me.

Excellent
The service is excellent, the trainers are friendly. Offered to help me as a newcomer, showed me the ropes and it made me feel at home. I am more confident now to go to the gym and work on my goals

Classes could be improved
The music played in classes I've attended is far far too loud and the instructors keep messing with the songs. Insufficient warm up and cool down also. The classes are very advanced and no modified exercises for mixed abilities are provided. No correction or monitoring of participants to ensure no injury.

Interaction with staff has always been friendly and helpful. Some new equipment has been added which is great. Everything considered I would recommend énergie fitness.

Hi , gym staff very good , trainers I think names are Eirnn and Olivia they extra friendly there classes really great , unfortunately gym seems it’s under very bad organized management very sad also equipment very old dated , newer cheaper gyms around .. but staff make up for it great people

Great Gym
Gym is covid friendly, has a mixture of equipment and rooms, organised classes, staff are always so helpful and positive. Never was a gym person but never felt so comfortable in a gym now. Very happy

The staff are fantastic
The staff are fantastic. Couldn't be more helpful and introduced us back into the swing of things after a year of Covid. Very covid safe, great machines and love being part of this gym.

Great gym but could do better on communications
Signed up for the higher price plan but after 2 weeks, still no-one has reached out to arrange a PT session. The website advertised state of the art machines that you can watch Netflix etc on but my local gym doesn't have them.
Otherwise, the gym itself is great, clean and the app and booking system work fine. There's a good range of equipment on offer too.
