Great gym

This is a great gym
This is a great gym: always impeccable and with a good array of machines and equipment. What I like the most is how friendly and supportive everyone is. I highly recommend it!

Great gym. Please teach and enforce people to put their weights away after use. Such as not leaving bars and machines loaded for others to remove.

Terribile ! Avoid this gym!
Joined gym paid for a year. Soon after realised that I had not yet recovered from car accident injuries year prior. Requested refund and gym asked for proof. I provided court papers but gym manager was not satisfied and insisted that I provide doctor's note that I have not yet recovered from injuries. After weeks of communication, I provided doctor's note only for gym manager to say we do not issue refund.
A close friend was accused of being aggressive and now he and his wife feel unwelcome at the gym and so none of them uses the gym even though they both paid for a year. Friend and I follow up with gym manager multiple times to resolve and withdraw allegation of friend being aggressive but they did nothing whatsoever. What a shame, as soon as you pay your membership you are treated as animal at this gym!

We are sorry to hear that you have been frustrated with our membership policies and some of the service you have received. We want our staff members to deliver the stellar customer service they are trained to provide but it seems we have let you down on this occasion and for that we want to apologise. However with regards to refunds, as stated in our Membership T & C's 'Membership Fees and Administration Fees are not refundable by the Club under any
circumstances.'. We sincerely hope a solution to your issue can be found in the near future.

Great gym. Nice atmosphere and not too busy so you cant get on machines/equipment etc. Staff are friendly but no overbearing. Great value.

Énergie fitness Bethnal Green is by far…
Énergie fitness Bethnal Green is by far the cleanest gym I’ve have been to, there is plenty of space and is well organised. There’s a good selection of machines to target any muscle group you are training. You always get a warm welcome upon entering and The personal trainers are always polite and helpful. I can’t fault this gym.
