They constantly deplugged two of my miners over months and pretended they were in repair while they actually ran them under their own configuration. When I then complained and demanded compensation, they all of sudden deplug all the rest of my miners. Total Scammers. Avoid at all costs.

I recently started using EndlessPowerSolutions for my ASIC miner hosting, and the experience has been fantastic. It took about 20 days for my miner to go online, but the communication from the team was excellent during this period. The hosting service is reliable, and the support team is very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the overall service and would definitely use them again.

EndlessPowerSolutions exceeded my expectations. The setup of my miner took around three weeks, which was within the expected timeframe. The team was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Since then, my miner's performance has been stable and efficient. Their customer service is top-notch, and they are always available to help. Highly recommend!

Scammers. They build their little Krypto empire on your expenses. Unreliable business partners, whose word count nothing. I shipped in 10 brand new L7 Miners and at max. there are 9 online- never the full ammount. Most times 7. They justify it with repair issues. But those "issues" are caused by their very own facility and its conditions ( humidity), where they operate our miners in. So instead of being a responsible business partner and plugging in one of their own functioning miers, they rather look for their own profit at your expenses. If it goes on like that, I will shut down their Google Account to give them a taste of their own medicine....

After more than eight months and a loss of income, Endless power solutions showed flexibility, and we reached a somewhat fair resolution. Hopefully, we learned some important lessons from this situation on both sides.

A major culprit in this case was an untrustworthy Chinese manufacturer that delivered a sub-par product and blocked attempts at repair. Together with limited communication over long stretches of time the tension grew and gave rise to perhaps a bit unfair accusations of dishonesty on my side. I now understand that EPS tried to be of service but was caught in a difficult situation.

The international nature of this industry makes it fascinating and sometimes it creates challenges. I hope EPS continues to develop their hosted mining service. I like the solar power aspect of the business. If my customer experience continues to be stable from now on, I will come back for more hosted mining with EPS.

They wrecked my 15 000+ USD miner after a few weeks of hosting, and is totally unable to fix it, offering nothing but endless series of excuses and delays. As an innocent customer I have done nothing wrong but to trust their competency and their business. As customer I am buying reliable uptime and capacity for service, at least that is what I thought. I have not seen proof of neither stable uptime nor service capacity. They are clearly deceiving their customers. My new miner hosted in Dubai has been out of work for 8 months in the hands of these “professionals” (and of course, on behalf of EPS, ChatGPT can confirm that I should rest assured that "restoring my miner to working order is EPSs highest priority"). What a joke. How this company can A) exist at all, and B) be recommended by Millionminer, who refuses to take any responsibility for their partner's systematic customer negligence and investment sabotage, is beyond me. Do not take the chance on this shady operation, it is a total freak show should you happen to need service because of inattentiveness and avoidable, for the paying customer catastrophic mistakes, made by EPS themselves. They gave me nothing but stable downtime and lame excuses for 8 months after they crashed my miner. They stopped answering emails, like 5-year-olds. They completely ruined my investment case. Where I live such irresponsible behavior and incompetency would qualify for prosecution under the false advertising law. Do not do what I did. Do not trust this clown-show of an operation with your hard-earned savings. EPS Dubai is an unethical money grab, further eroding the already bad reputation of the crypto industry. Stay away.

The hosting service for my miner was good, and everything ran smoothly during that period. However, the experience completely fell apart when it came to unplugging and returning the miner.

First, they tried to charge me for a non-operational miner. Without informing me, my miner was transferred from Dubai to the U.S., creating unnecessary confusion. I had to repeatedly ask for updates on when it would be delivered. After paying what I was told was the final bill, I was later informed that I would need to organize the pick-up myself—at a higher cost than what I had already paid for transportation.

To make matters worse, the company refused to cover the difference. Because of these delays, I lost two months of mining revenue and missed out on two potential buyers who canceled due to the miner not being delivered as promised.

I still do not have my miner back....and daily I am loosing money because the potential selling price is decreasing

While the hosting was solid, their handling of returns and logistics was unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable end-to-end support.

Hosting my L7 with EPS was the right choice. The service is professional, and my miner runs smoothly without interruptions. The support team is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Purchased 5 asic miners through Million Miners and hosted through Endlesspowersolutions in Dubai. After one month of service, multiple issues persisted with no ability to diagnose and fix. 5 months and numerous emails later their policy changes to charge an additional one month upfront fee per miner or $150 disconnect and storage fee if not paid. Additionally, after 5 months of issues they now diagnose all miners as defective and request $650 per unit repair now that the miners are out of warranty. I have the same units hosted at four other facilities with relatively few issues. My units are now held hostage and I have lost significant profits due to their incompetence. Avoid at all cost

I bought my first mining rig in June, and since then I've found EPS to be very helpful. My time zone makes it morning here when it's evening there, but they always respond in less than 12 hours. I am very satisfied with their work so far, and their hosting dashboard works great. This is my third month with them, and billing has been clear and accurate. Thanks, EPS and great work!

My machines are running with EPS over so and everything is running STABLE.

I purchased a plug and play miner, from there partner the miner went online directly. I have full access to my miners from the dashboard. all is working good so far, i just would add the option that i would get an automated mail once my miner is having issues or goes offline, so it could be more passivly.

I have been hosting my miners with EndlessPowerSolutions for a few months now. The overall service is reliable and the performancce of my miners has been consistent. I would appreciate more updates on maintenance schedules and downtime notifications IF ANYTHING happening.

I've been using EndlessPowerSolutions for my mining operations, and the experience is better than with other hosting providers. The livechat in the dashboard gets rarely answered, so i still have to write mails which takes alot of time. Could be way faster.

I recently switched to EndlessPowerSolutions from my old hosting company. because the uptime was worse. From day one, the team has been incredibly supportive and responsive to all my questions. My miners are performing good so far. and the uptime is around 98%. Special thanks to Anil for his outstanding customer service.

At times their hosting was a bit unreliable, due to inspections, and maintenance, and I have voiced my objection to shutting down completely, but in the end they did try to make it right by compensating me on price of electricity. Part of the reason my unit's uptime was less than the contractual 95% up time, was a manufacturing design flaw of IceRiver KS3M which makes it susceptible to overheating and then shuts down.

I would warn people who are thinking of getting into mining...honestly think really long and hard about it. When you go to these websites (like Asicminer) to try and buy miners and calculate how much money you'll make (in fantasy land), there are several factors that they don't tell you. For example the so called profit calculators don't factor in diminishing rewards, which with Kaspa coin are constant. Bitcoin has a 4 year halving schedule, but Kaspa emissions (rewards) diminishes more the more Kaspa is mined in a constant manner. Second problem is the miner manufacturers gouge customers initially and then retailers like Millionminers/Endlesspowersolutions have no choice but to pass this on to customers. Then the manufactures start getting into a price war, which means more miners get into the market, your emissions (rewards) decreases at an ever accelerated rate and the machine you paid 10,000 euros for is now worthless as a paperweight 6 months later. That's the reality of mining, whether you go with Millionminers/Endlesspowersolutions or anyone else. The manufactures of the mining equipment do not give a rip if you ever recover your money, they want short term profit and they have absolutely no cares about long term customers because they assume a new sucker will look at the new alt coin with some miner that give 100 dollars per day profit (but in 6 months it will cost more in electricity to run than you make in revenue) and pay 10,000, 20,000 or even more. Until these manufacturers start giving a damn about people's investments (and these are investments), I recommend people stop mining.

Customer service is ZERO.
It took over 6 months to get my miner online. Their explanation was that the miner is "Stuck in customs".
Currently my miner have been in their hosting for over 6 months and their customer service is terrible. The miner goes offline few times per months and it takes days to get contact with them. Currently my miner is offline for third day and they are not answering my emails and there is no other way of contacting them.
