Having used Emma for a few years across different jobs, I can't imagine using any other platform!

The site makes delivering almost every aspect of an event so much easier, and have had a good experience using it for auctions, ticketing and check-in systems. It is forever developing and gaining new exciting features to make everything a breeze! But what makes it so amazing truly is the team, they clearly have so much expertise and a passion for what they do - they are incredibly helpful and you can really feel how much they care!

Emma is super easy to use & I love that there is room to add lots of item info if needed, can add Thank you's & I was able to add links to business donors sites & by just hitting the back button, they were back on our Emma site again.
Emma, with my representatives help in setting up a quick check-out, made our events that we had Buy Now items at so easy, people could use Apple Pay or their Wallet or just type in CC info & use autofill on Name, Email & Phone #.
It took 1 min to complete a purchase, they got the Thank You for Your Purchase text they showed us & off they went with their item.
We even used it for Live auction items where I pre-created an Item # & QR code for quick scan after they won an item & I just unhid the item on the Auction site, dropped the winning live bid in & they could scan the QR code & pay right then.
The Emma site & all the upgrades done in fall 2025 & spring 2026 have really made it even more easy to use.
We look forward to 2027 being another year of successful, easy events through Emma.

Our experience with Emma has been great. We’ve used Emma for four different fundraising events since May 2025, and each one has been a great experience. Dana is always a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, answers all of our questions, and makes sure any issues are resolved quickly. Emma makes it easy to manage the auction site as a host while also providing our donors and bidders with a simple, user-friendly way to participate.

Ik kwam er al eens eten, en genoot ook deze middag van de take away service, en keer op keer genoten we met twee personen van een zeer grote hoeveelheid, erg lekkere Thaise keuken, alle ingredienten zijn kakelvers, en je voelt en proeft de liefde waarmee het eten is gemaakt, we hebben onze vaste stek gevonden ! Allen daarheen ! Zeker 6 sterren waard, maar er stonden er maar 5
