Nice flight (Business) apart from not being able to book chauffeur driven service from Hanoi into town despite Customer Services telling me the website gave specific details of this. It doesn't!
Also, my wife had an awful meal on board which was ignored!

Tried exchanging extra expiring Skywards points for 'HighStreet' shopping for wine-selected a couple of cases to use up expiring points bur the delivery charge (in USD) was exorbitant and definitely not worth it. So don't go there.
Emirates, get your act together and treat Business Class customers with some respect please. We will not be flying with them again!

Not worth using points. It is cheaper not to use up points and delivery charges are expensive. Not worth it.

I have sent an email to Emirates using their online contact form and it has been 13days, I haven't received a reply. They only care about selling their tickets, customer service is zero. I will definitely get action against this company.

I had some points on my Emirates account and decided to put them into good use on their shopping website.

With a small number of points I was able to buy a quality product at a much reduced price.

The item was delivered from their warehouse in Europe. It was well packed and came with a tracking number.

I would certainly order again, but their selection is quite limited. Also, some products I would really like are only available with Emirates frequent flyer points, which I do not regularly get.
