Due to the interest rate increase, we were very worried about how this would affect us financially considering we haven't had to review our mortgage for the last 5yrs. Emerald not only found us the best deal but each time the rates reduced they contacted us confirming they had secured a better deal for no extra money! We were definitely looked after!
