I really don’t know how the product is working for me, I haven’t been using it for long. I have nothing negative to say about the product itself. I do know their products are very expensive for what they claim. In addition to this, their level of customer satisfaction is the poorest I have ever dealt with. I won’t go into my issue with them, however, be sure to read the fine print or lack thereof, on their website so you don’t get surprised & have to deal with their incredibly poor customer service personnel. 🙁👎

I bought basis for around a year they would send more often than monthly as a way to bill more. I asked them to slow down shipments which they did. After a few more months they stopped sending any product. I called the company when I finally got through to some one I was told they would send out a container right away which they never did I went elsewhere and found the exact supplement at a much better price. I sent an email asking to cancel and of course they tried to process one more order it wasn’t until I sent another email asking them not to process anymore orders that they sent email actually canceling my order. These guys are either unaware of what is going on in there business or they are trying to scam people to pay for product they will not send. Either way it makes be concerned about the quality of their products.

Excellent products. They really work. Great customer service.

This company’s products are cutting edge, based on real science. I take Basis, Matter, Format, Signal and just ordered Mosiac (with high hopes for this one). I’m 71. All my bloodwork is perfect, cholesterol has gone from 225 to 168 with excellent ratios. I can truly tell an improvement - a significant one - in memory and recall of information/names (thank you, Matter) after a year of taking it. I have boundless energy. Ok, the shipping dept. makes mistakes at times but issues are cleared up with a phone call. Don’t listen to the bad reviews because of this issue. I’m here to assure you that using these products, along with eating right and getting sleep/exercise, will greatly improve the quality of life you’re leading!!

Update: I think this review may have helped. I was contacted by the company and they cancelled my subscription.

Beware setting up a subscription. I set up a semi annual subscription for Matter, Signal and Format. Shortly after, I set up an annual subscription as I forgot that I had already set up the semi. As soon as I realized the duplicate I contacted them and asked to cancel one subscription. They would not let me. Made me combine them. Shipped monthly there is no reason not to cancel one. In the meantime, I have had some blood work indicating too much of some nutrients so I can no longer take the products until my doctor clears me. So I am stuck with months of product that will expire. I have no problem with keeping the annual, but to force me to combine a semi annual and an annual is just customer abuse.

They need to start working on a pill to get rid of micro-plastics that end up in our body or get rid of their greed and buy more environmentally friendly packaging. My husband has bought thousands of dollars worth of both pills (& they keep sending them) for both of us.

The company had no problem charging my card but they’re having significant problems getting me the product. First batch was “lost by UPS” eventhough UPS never got an order to pick up. Customer service responded quickly with that explanation and said they’d send it again for free. I’m still waiting and so is UPS….

I’ve used all of their products. This is a first rate company. The chief science officer is director of the Glen Center of Aging at MIT. The products are state of the art, cutting edge, in aging and in health technology. Their customer service is excellent. I have from time to time canceled or paused subscriptions and it was very easy. I feel better taking the products. I have been vaccinated for covid, but I’m out in public often for work and have not gotten covid19 yet. Everyone I know has gotten covid19, even those vaccinated. I have to give credit to my Elysium supplements.

I am 71 now. I have been using Basis for 2 years and Matter for 1 year. I feel healthy. Basis is supposed to help with cell regeneration and Matter for long term brain health. The following is an possible example of Basis effectiveness. I took my 2nd shot of Moderna, covid vaccine on 2/22/21. On 9/21/21, I had a covid antibody test to see how much of the antibody I still had in my system. The test results were a 10 out of a 10. So, at 71, my body retained 100% of the covid vaccine in my system.

Very shaddy. They make it hard for you to cancel the subscription. I would not recommend just because of this reason. Go on Amazon and buy the same exact product from chromadex.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel or pause a subscription. That's all you need to know about a product to know they don't try to keep you with a good product but instead try to put obstacles in your way to cancel. Not a good look.

I tried their help against aging and only self belief came out, nothing else.
