I called prior to ordering to double check stock - Breen was very helpful and courteous. Once ordered, she kept me up to date by emailing invoices, warranty information and delivery info. Buy from EDD with confidence.

Superb customer service and pricing.
Searching for Ideal Boiler parts I came across edd, the web site was very easy to navigate and the prices for the parts I needed were considerably less than elsewhere.
To confirm if the parts were Ideal genuine parts, I rang edd, the phone was answered promptly and the service was amazing from Breen.
Customer service was second to none and I have no problems highly recommending Electrical Deals Direct.

They then emailed me confirmation of my order and followed up with one say I would receive tracking details and I found the service second to None. Replacement Thermostats
I needed some replacement Herschel thermostat kits. I found Electrical Deals Direct offering them for a good price - cheaper than elsewhere. In the process of placing the order I found their customer service to be excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. While delivery was suggested for the following Monday when my order was placed on Thursday, the items arrived on Friday. Very pleased overall with the service and have no hesitation in recommending EDD.
