This company is very trashy and will lie just to get a sale. Spoke with George and he lied about getting a free month and a promotion that was only good for that day. He said pay $75 today for device, no payment for first month and $25 after that and shipping is on us. Come to find out I was paying for two months in advance and $30 for shipping when they said shipping was on them. All lies. I then reached out for a manager which im not sure if it was even the manager cause it sounded like the same guy. He agreed nothing is free and they shouldnt have use that term. It was only when I broke down the fee to them and told them what they were actually charging me. They still tried to say they told me all was included. No you said pay $75 today for device, no payment for first month and $25 after that and shipping is on us. Then said it will take 2-3 business day if you get today which is a Tuesda youll receive Thursday evening. Well come Wednesday I called to checking shipping and was told it will be shipped later today. So that means I wont get my device until the next week.

I highly recommend ELD Mandate too everyone who operates a trucking company.

Very Trash company. Will not refund me. Cancel my contract promised me refund in 24 hours in email. Devices never stay connected. Called then every day. Denying to pay me. Will report them to DOT and truck stop. Unsat service.

I have asked repetitively for them to stop calling and they will not. Called
Callers are not calling from California. Watch out for the "reviews " they are as plentiful as their calls.

Worest customer service i never seen like this typeof sale.i ask the them no subscription ELD i just need one time payment but when they send the receipt it is one year subscription.less than one minute i called her to cancel she said i can't canceled u already buy just use it if u don't like cancel for next year. Don't pay before u check the details or the deal they have hidden fee.

ELD system Not Dependable! I have to constantly be on the phone with technical support trying to get issues resolved! Almost failed a DOT audit due to ELD not staying connected and missing information.

They are scammers, don't trust this company, they take your money and not providing proper service, system is glichy, I got violations from dot for not having proper system, will never recommend this company

I just called the customer service I was having issue about me and my co Driver aboth logbook showing the drive time while I was on the sleeper I called couple times. I asked supervisor or manager last thing they said someone is going to call you it’s been almost an hour.
