I would like to leave a five-star review for Riley at Eden Mobility Chesterfield.I recently visited the store to purchase a rise and recline chair for my 88-year-old mother, and Riley provided truly excellent customer service. From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately put my mother at ease.Riley was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my mother's specific needs, carefully explaining how different chairs worked without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Riley's extensive product knowledge helped us find the absolute perfect chair to ensure my mother's comfort and independence.It is rare to find such compassionate and professional service. Riley is a fantastic asset to Eden Mobility, and we are incredibly grateful for all their help. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Riley if you want top-tier customer care

Excellent service and friendly staff

Fantastic service all round lovely scooter and got to applaud the after sales service from the shop at Scarborough and Jason who came out to sort what I thought to be a bug, but was a safety feature and all round 5 star service thankyou Eden.

Jodie was so professional and helpful to my mother who was buying a rollator.
She listened to my mother of what she wanted, and Jodie delivered on all accounts.

Sarah was an absolute dream when I popped into to inquire about the best mobility aid for my Nan. She was very knowledgeable about the different scooters and trolleys that were available and which would best fit my nans needs. She was just an all round lovely woman to talk to.

Sarah as been very helpful when my mum called in the shop about her walker that she's get from there and asked Sarah to take a look at it for her she was very kind and helpful as well and that she always happy to help you if you have any questions to ask her.

Ryan was absolutely brilliant, very polite,listened to what we were looking for. He explained about refurbished and brand new including insurance. Told us about the offers that was on,one being the sale plus free insurance for a month. Let me use the mobility scooter outside. I would definitely recommend this shop and to see Ryan. If I need anything else I will definitely be going back.

My mother had a first class experience in the derby branch today, Sophia ( store manager) showed my mum 4 different walkers with seats, explaining the difference between the four, it was a very relaxed experience and would be happy to recommend, we were just popping in to view them but ended up buying one, thank you so much for your help.

Me and my mum visited the shop in Oldham and was served by Rachael and she went above and beyond to help sort my mums service out for her electric wheelchair.
Every-time we visit the shop Lucy and Rachael are very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I went in to the store and Patrick helped me with a wheelchair for my grandad. He was very helpful and worked within my budget. Would recommend.

I’ve been into Bootle Eden a few times, looking at products for the family, Patrick always offers his help and advice. Highly recommend them.

Took my mum for a mobility scooter today and they was ever so help and very friendly and my struggles with breathing problems and the lovely lady who saw to my mum was absolutely brilliant so lovely with her and my mum got the phone call when she came home to arrange delivery of her new scooter she is so happy 😊
