Me and my husband called into the shop in Huddersfield on the of chance just to have a look at the chairs has I am having a full knee replacement in a few weeks time , the lady who help in the shop had the best customer service her name is Gabrielle parkin she sure new her stuff , I wish all shop attendants where the , i bought a chair called motion hamdon charcoal chair .

My husband and I called into the Huddersfield shop on the off chance, just to have a look at the chairs as I’m having a full knee replacement in a few weeks. The lady who helped us, Gabrielle Parkin, gave us the best customer service. She really knew her stuff and was incredibly helpful throughout. I wish all shop attendants were like her.
I ended up buying the Motion Hamdon charcoal chair and I’m so looking forward to the delivery.

She was happy to have a joke with my Dad and made something that was new for us feel a lot less daunting. She explained everything in really simple terms and we felt really supported. Gaby from Huddersfield was very nice to me she did not judge me for been on the large size when she was helping me find a mobility scooter. She was under standing did not come a cross pushy or hurried. she tuck her time so that I did not get confused.

Riley Huddersfield Shop
Riley in the Huddersfield shop was very helpful. Explained how to use the equipment, let my mum use the walking aid around the shop and showed us how to fold it up. No pressure to buy. Good experience. Made the purchase of the walking aid. Will return. Thank you.
