Their bed bug product is great! It really works well against the buggers.
Dealing with the company is another matter. they are nice but all screwed up.
When I placed my latest order it didn't seem like the order 'took'. No change of web page that said "Thank you for your order", or something like that. I kept hitting the 'place order' button. Ended up with multiple orders. And multiple charges to my credit card.
Once I emailed them about this they did credit my card but who needed the headache.
then, even though they charged me right away, they did not ship right away. It's 2-1/2 weeks and I'm still not sure it shipped. They sent me an email that it did ship but when I use the tracking number i get a message that information is not available.
We're leaving early tomorrow on a trip. We wanted to take it with us. (you should take bed bug spray with you when travel) but don't have it yet.
They need to do some serious work on their back office.
