Looks like I will never see my $200 again. I have a very disappointed daughter, as it was a birthday present. STAY AWAY these guys are S**T!

I ordered a oneplus 8 from kogan, my experience had been great with Eclipse BT Technology. There was some delay in the shipping, however their customer service team was very prompt in responding to my emails.
I took a gamble and it paid off... Just.
After reading all these reviews I was extremely nervous after I already brought a phone from this company through Kogan. I order a space grey phone and a silver phone was delivered (which wasn't a big deal). It arrived in a crappy box, not a genuine apple box with just a cable in it from who knows where. The phone was dead when it first arrived, however, after charging it for a bit it seems to all work fine. For the price, I'm very happy with the quality of the phone, there was no damage what so ever. If you're going to order from them just make sure you do your research!

Gave me a tracking number through toll turns out it's not even coming from toll, i have waited nearly 3 weeks with it saying it's still in Hong Kong. So disappointed

Faulty phone arrived, returned, weeks later still waiting on refund, they are saying they cant find a fault which is absolute crap, we couldnt even finish the set up of it. Now trying to charge a $55 restock fee, so going to be sold onto the next person to receive the faulty samsung galaxy s8. I'm fuming

STAY AWAY from Eclipse BT Technology! I bought a new IPhone from DickSmith which ended up being throughKogan which ended up being through Eclipse. SCAMMERS! Was sent a new iPhone that was dead on arrival. Contacted them immediately for a replacement. Eclipse used delay tactic after delay tactic. Took over 40 emails and two months to get a replacement. No phone support just emails with some guy called Daniel. I looked up a Company by same name and spoke with a staff Member called Daniel who denied it was the same company. Kogan and DickSmith tell you they are following up and do NOTHING to help. Disgusting unethical practice. Save yourself the agony and buy from someone who answers a phone.Promised me return postage to return the dead phone and never got that either. They are likely selling that to someone else right now.

Beware and don’t buy from this company. iPhone 8 touched water briefly and then didn’t work as the seal is faulty but this company will not replace the faulty product because it’s water even though apple have an ip rating on the ph.

I had to put a star but I would not trust this company at all and would stay from the Kogan and the Market place seller Eclipse BT Technology.
I purchased an iphone 7s in March and returned the item within 5 days using the 14 days Peace of Mind Policy.
The phone was overheating and started hanging/freezing while I was setting up the phone preferences.
It has been 3 months now and I have not received my refund at all.
I have to pay interest on my Credit Card and I have had to write about 100 emails responding to their help desk.
3 months later, I am still no closer to receving my money back.

I have recently moved away from Eclipse to BT. Their customer service was getting worse. They left me without broadband for two weeks when I moved home and it was all their fault - a long list of errors that took ages to sort out. No apology until I wrote a complaint. Used to be a good company when they operated out of Exeter but now have now regard for their residential customers.
Business Move Fiasco
We have been a business customer for 25 years with Eclipse however following a move, we have been totally let down by their service. There is no consistency, each time we call our ticket has been lost, it took over a week and daily calls before our broadband was connected, only to discover they had set us up with ADSL not fibre broadband over the entire Christmas/New Year period. Even more concerning was they continued to charge us for full fibre broadband throughout this period. Beware - they do not do what they promise or follow up.
