Initially I'm worry when reading some of the -ve review. Fortunately my experience was very pleasant. The whole process of booking to picking up the car was seamless. Everything that were promised were given including zero worry package at very competitive price. It was cheaper than booking directly to the car rental. Highly recommended.

So despite the parent company website outlaying the company goals to include 'transparency' and all that type of rubbish seems this doesn't cascade to Easyterra. After booking and reading the small print in the contract do I then see a little line about local road safety charges being payable on collection. So that's another €21 snuck in that wasn't quoted for.

There was a bit of trouble with the initial reservation, but Easyterra was efficient and we got it solved within a few days.

East Terra makes international car rentals simple and easy. Our reservation was ready at a nearby location in Stockholm. We were upgraded for free with a quality automobile that made the ground part of our trip easy. Return at Copenhagen was even easier. We used Easy Terra before in Spain and will use it again on our next adventure.

I have used Easyterra a couple of times in the past, and have always been quite satisfied. What I experienced this summer however let me change my mind, and I will not use Easyterra anymore.
I booked a car from a smaller rental agency in Italy via Easyterra. Since I wanted to pick up the car in one place and return it in another, I made sure to choose a vehicle that was advertised with "one-way surcharge included" on the Easyterra website. However, once I got the voucher, the surcharge was suddenly excluded. I contacted Easyterra before I picked up the car, but they said I should complain only once I had returned it again. However, when I did that, they told me that it's too late and I should have complained before...

I reserved two cars in Milan. When the confirmation came in, one car had the wrong pick up timing (system's error). When called to rectify, the customer service person was so unhelpful and said "unless you can prove it's a system's change, I cannot do anything!" and wanted me to pay extra just to change the time to the one I booked originally!!

Ordered a 7 seater VW Turan at Europecar Zurich via Easyterra. Al went well. Luckily did not have to use the Eassyterra’s full cover insurance, but if I may suggest: At pick up, always check thou rally the vehicle and at return point wait and get a confirmation that car has no scratch or dent !

Good site to use, great rates and excellent feedback when asked. Top!

Dishonest business practices, absurd clauses hidden in the small print of the T&Cs to trip up the unwary. They brazenly kept our money, refusing to provide the car simply because we arrived to collect it 10 minutes outside a small window of time beyond our stated pickup time. Avoid at all costs

Excellent company as intermediate for car rentals. Working with them for many years now, they are responsive, reachable and offer service on the phone when having questions when picking up the car. Best of all: they offer great prices with good coverage.

Using EasyTerra, we booked a car at CDG airport, France. The process was very straight forward and worked exactly as described. I would definitely use them again.

Nooit, maar dan ook nooit een auto huren via Easy Terra. Wij werden zo onbeschoft geholpen in Marokko bij het ophalen van de auto. Ik en m'n vriendin hadden een auto gehuurd op mijn naam en zij als medebestuurder en haar creditcard. Beide bestuurder, maar hij wilde de creditcard niet accepteren. Hij wilde ook niet onze namen omdraaien als hoofdhuurder en bijrijder. Hij wilde niets. Het enige wat ze willen is je betaling ontvangen (tuurlijk dat wel via de "verkeerde" creditcard). De man wilde geen oplossing geven en zet ook zo, terwijl we nog vragen wat we kunnen doen een groot kruis door het formulier en draait zich om. Op dat moment hebben we een andere auto moeten huren. Daar werden we gelukkig wel goed geholpen. Klacht gemaild naar EasyTerra en ze reageren gewoon niet. Gebeld een week later, krijg ik weer een botte man aan de telefoon die totaal geen zin had om me te helpen. Kon niet vertellen wanneer ik reactie krijg, toen ik wilde uitleggen wat er gebeurde op het vliegveld reageerde hij niet. Toen ik aangaf dat ik hem ook niet heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam vond, hing hij op!!

I had a problem with Budget changing the rental agreement and offering a voucher as compensation. Easyterra obtained a cash refund for me.

Everything went perfect, no complaints.

Simple and straightforward. Three step process seems to be the magical number for apps and websites..This website almost meets that. And the worry free insurance is a good option
