We've been with Easy Pay for about a year now and have not run into any issues. The team is easy to work with and are always quick to respond when we're ready to scale volume :) Thanks EasyPay!

Horrible company. I started using them in June 2023 and in the beginning it was great. I got a lot of support and response times were very quick. After awhile I had issues and would reach out and it would be days before getting a response. In April 2024 they informed me that my account was going to be suspended and that there was nothing they could do. I was told it was an issue with a group of merchants and the processing company was shutting them down. However they told me I could still run transactions while they find a new provider. On May 15th, I was locked out and was unable to process payments and was unable to retrieve my statement reports to submit with a new processor. And they are holding about $30k worth of funds until Oct. But even worse 3 months after my account is shut down my account gets hacked and someone tries to run hundreds of fraudulent transactions. Overall it was a horrible experience

Great company, amazing customer service. They do underwriting so that you never have account issues in the future. The downside to this is that it takes a few days.

But… well worth it so you don’t get shut down. Stripe shut 3 of our accounts down which is what prompted me to find a more secure solution.
