I would also like to share my concerns about my recent experience. I was informed that after the first 10 minutes, the psychic would ask whether I wished to continue the session, and only then would the call proceed. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Instead, the psychic continued the conversation without asking for my consent and kept asking questions. This gave me the impression that the conversation was being extended simply to increase the bill, which I found unfair and misleading.
I was also disappointed with my interaction with your telephone service manager. I clearly explained that I did not want to purchase any plan, yet she continued to pressure me by repeatedly asking about it. I found this approach unprofessional and unnecessary.

Clients are informed of the promotional offer and applicable rates before the consultation begins, and the system provides an audible notification when the introductory period has ended. Continuing beyond that point is the client's decision.
We also understand your concerns regarding your conversation with our Customer Service team. While our representatives may explain available payment or package options in an effort to resolve an account, we regret if you felt that the discussion was overly persistent. That was certainly not our intention.
Regarding your request for a payment link, we understand that this was your preferred method of payment. However, we do not currently offer payment links as a payment option. This policy applies consistently to all clients.
We appreciate your feedback, however, please call the customer service line as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
