Would not purchase vouchers for anyone as a gift
Could have got a much cheaper deal without vouchers. Had to pay a £6 admin fee

4 day stay for anniversary
staff were lovely rooms lovely newly decorated the only thing i can suggest is a handle to.hold onto to.get in and out of bath as they are deep meals were lovely although because we were on a dinner bed and breakfast deal it was the same set menu each night but splashed out on a steak last night which was great hotel in middle of renovation caused no disruption must be the quietest workmen in scotland

A most pleasant operative took the call and sorted out all of the requests in a very friendly yet professional manner. The whole procedure required him to make two direct calls to the hotel and both times he had arranged everything most satisfactorily.
It was good to have the chatty, personal touch while setting up our family break as online booking can be daunting for us.
Looking forward to our trip. Indeed, we are now hoping to plan regular little hotel stays throughout the year with easy-breaks.

These people are rip off merchants
These people are rip off merchants. They charge you £6 per booking. I don't know of any other hotel booking sites that do this. Then they sneak in £12 for insurance that you haven't asked for hoping you won't notice. I was given a £100 easy-break gift voucher as a present. You are not allowed to use them online so I had to phone them to use it. Today I got my phone bill in and have been charged £3 for the call. Nowhere on their site tells you it is a premium number nor did they tell me when I phoned them. I'm sure this is illegal. Even if it is on the site somewhere if must be well hidden
