Still not improved the website to make it easier for customers trying to book available dates.No membership anymore to retain booking history..Address details not retained to make booking form filling easy.

Easy-breaks is an excellent company .Wonderful value . The one slight improvement would be if they included the unavoidable "administration charge" of £6 in the original pricing.
The addition of this unavoidable charge appears each time at the last moment of payment and makes it look too much like a mean charge sneaked in at the end.It would look better if the advertised price is the price ultimately paid.

I found the service excellent. Had a few problems initially with my booking but all was sorted very satisfactorily. Staff extremely competent. Very pleased with the deal they organised for us.

Rather deal with Easy break staff than hotel on this occasion. Normally hotel Gretna Hall
Policy is if you unable to go due to weather illness you lose money Payed my £12 insurance and happy x

We are regular users of Easy Breaks and are normally our first choice. However we do also look elsewhere for comparison but invariably book through Easy Breaks due to the value for money and ease of booking they provide.

Good selection of hotels at usually good prices. Sometimes problem getting best deal or getting prices for a specific hotel due to the options to look at ‘late deals’, ‘entertainment breaks’ etc

The hotel was excellent -food very good, clean, staff very nice and great leisure facilities. Additions could include small nursery area for toddlers and perhaps an update to decor and furnishings. Perhaps music during meal could be less depressing. This was great value for money and can recommend to others. Keep up the good work!!

The booking process was very simple to complete over the phone. Gail was very friendly, helpful and most pleasant to speak to. She dealt with all of my requirements professionally and easily. I would happily recommend Easybreaks to anyone! Thank you Gail - you are a great ambassador for the company!
