Awesome experience with Easi- I highly recommend this service to anyone thinking about a novated lease. Emma Poetschka, the novated leasing specialist, was extremely helpful and communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process, making everything straightforward and easy to navigate.

Tayla was the biggest help, she made everything seem easy, responded to my texts and calls in the late afternoon, I’m so appreciative, thank you!!

Chad was great throughout the whole experience. I was attentive and patient with all my questions and gave me time I needed to deal either other things on my plate without feeling pressured or guilty about all the time he had already committed to me when I was still tentative.
I have already recommended him to others!

Kiara has been an absolute pleasure to deal with making the entire process so easy and the speed and efficiency has been outstanding I can't thank Kiara and the Easi team enough.

Easi provided us a quote, which included the Minor Damage Repair protection service. We accepted this quote, and requested they send it through for our signature.

They sent through a different quote - but only slight differences. The main figures all were identical, including the overall per fortnight cost, so we didn't see that they had removed the Minor Damage Repair cover.

We then went to request a repair of a small mark on our 2 month old car, and they said "you didn't get that included".

It has been over a month since we first raised the request and we aren't any closer to a solution. There seems to be a lack of care, and no accountability has been taken beyond admittance of a mistake by Easi.

I have to follow up constantly, there is no proactive communication or any ETA or expected resolution provided. Poor experience.

Very disappointing, and would recommend caution - carefully compare any quotes you receive and agree to with the one they actually send for signing.

Edit: changed to 3 stars (up from 2) because the resolution in the end was good. I would have been 5 star happy with this as a solution if it was done up front - accountability taken while explaining what happened and how it would be resolved for us. Just a shame it took so long and that the first person we had to speak to didn't seem to care in the slightest.

Excellent Novated Lease Experience with Easi!
I recently completed the process for my new novated lease through Easi, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The entire process was straightforward from the initial query right through to finalising the documentation. I was honestly expecting a complex experience, but the team at Easi made it feel seamless and efficient.

A special shout-out must go to Kiara, who managed my application. She was great—professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my questions. She clearly explained every step, ensuring I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening.

Stan Write has been amazing through the whole process; I purchased a Hi end vehicle on hire purchase finance, due to where I am situated, I reached out to Stan about placing an already financed vehicle onto a novated lease which I thought you wouldn't be able to do. Stan went through the process with me on the phone on how easily this was. Stan provided a quote for my package deal, Fuel, Tyres, any maintenance on the vehicle Rego we settled on the right quote and then from there we started the ball rolling. a month or so later my once hire purchased vehicle is now on a fully maintained leasing package which my tax dollars are paying for, and it was so EASI

Kiara went extra length with her own extra time to ensure that the process went well and in time. She was always ahead and kept me informed throughout the entire novated process—every single step, one at a time. For example, financial approval normally takes two to three working days, but she got it done in just one day.
