The apple tree blackboards are poor quality. Very expensive for what they are. I do hope the blackboards are durable in the outdoors unlike my mud kitchen from Ease which has unfortunately weathered... Mehr ansehen

Delay from order to proposed delivery

I double checked to ensure you were informed of the delay, as is our policy. My apologies, it was due to the supplier and beyond our control .
Our lead times are indicated per product but are always supplemented with email updates to our customers.
Excellent Customer Service
Had a very positive customer experience with Ease. Through no fault of the company, one of the items was damaged on delivery. It was dealt with promptly by Ease & a word of thanks to James who went out of his way to ensure a replacement was delivered in person. Excellent customer service & very much appreciated.

We ordered the Giant caterpillar chalk…
We ordered the Giant caterpillar chalk board for some of our special needs children to play with in the yard. The delivery was very quick but we were disappointed with the quality of it. A small piece cracked off as I was taking it out of the box and when I was hanging it up with the cable ties (of which not enough were supplied), another part bent and was damaged. We thought it was very expensive for what it is. I sent an email with our constructive criticism, and photos, as I know you are a family run company and thought you might appreciate it but heard nothing back. It looks lovely hanging up in the and the children love it. We have three other yards and have since purchased more chalk boards (not as fancy) but less than half the price and definitely sturdier.

Beautiful products, well finished and sturdy at very competitive prices. Most importantly the children love these products and get endless enjoyment from them. A great company to deal with.

Best price around by a significant difference. Had one small hiccup with the delivery but the issue was with the courier. However, Ease dealt with it promptly communicating with me throughout the process. I happily received my order in time. Excellent customer service, fully recommend!
