Engineer phoned to inform if his eta, turned up on time, came with overshoes. Introduced himself and showed his ID. I showed him the problem. He got on with the job and fixed my leak, told me what the problem was. Whilst he was there I asked him to fix my tap, which he did without hesitation. Very polite, didn't leave any mess. Happy customer. Made me feel confident about the fixes made. Reliable company, would definitely recommend.
