I recently had two British Gas…
I recently had two British Gas engineers, Warren and Louis, come out to fix my boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both were polite, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable at what they do. They kept everything clean and tidy while working and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and what the problem was. The boiler is now working perfectly. We had a plumbing issue with our immersion tank and booked a call-out to Dyno-Rod (through our HomeCare 400 cover with British Gas). The response was instantaneous and an appointment booked the next day. We found Roberto, the Plumbing engineer to be polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
