Excellent, no nonsense, efficient and reliable

Although the issue dragged out over a few weeks, the two engineers that came were amazing so thank you to Aidan and especially Dan who went above and beyond to deal with the issue reported to the office but not to the engineer. He was very professional and diligent in his work, a big thank you.

Had a leak from our shower. Made an appointment online via British Gas for the same day, the engineer was there within a few hours, he found the problem, gave us a quote and had the part he needed to replace in his van so he was able to fix it straight away for the price quoted. Very happy and would definitely use this service again.

Chris called today to complete a Job which required the delivery of additional Parts. These were dropped off a couple of days ago, so were ready for Chris to complete the work, which he did in just a few minutes. During both calls he was one off the most pleasant and friendly Engineers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If it were possible, we would always ask for him when Dyno are instructed to carry out work on behalf of British Gas through our Homeserve Insurance. Just such a good experience.

The engineer today Christopher was very thorough and did his very best to make sure that my job was finally completed. He explained what he had done and advised me to let the silicone set for 24 hours before using the toilet. He double checked several times before he left to make sure he was happy with the job he had done. I have confidence now that this visit today has now hopefully completed the job.

The leak was found but it had damaged the skirting and lino and that was not replaced. The damage was mould which is very dangerous for asthmatics.

Harry arrived on time and did a perfect job. I was called in the morning and by Harry 10 mins before he arrived. He replaced a double head shower in the wetroom and a raiser bracket in the bathroom.

Good response time. Engineer was pleasant, informative and changed our bathroom taps quickly without any mess. This is the second time I’ve used Dyno-Rod.

Simon was the second plumber to try fix my leaking taps, Simon was very good, patient and polite. We had one problem occur, but Simon was determine to fix it which he did. He was not in a rush to get away even though it was at end of day.

What more could I ask for than the problem being resolved whilst the plumber was just looking to price the job. I was delighted that it only cost me a half-hour charge too. I'll definitely have Dyno-rod at the top of my list if I need a plumber again.

I found a leak on Monday, I had a plumber here Tuesday to assess it & by Friday the work was done. They did the work in quicker time than the invoice quoted and were honest about that reducing the price accordingly. The plumber was polite, kind & helpful. Incredibly tactile with my Mum who has Alzheimers & even kept an eye on her alerting me when he noticed she seemed distressed. The work was impeccable, the above and beyond clean up was, although unnecessary, incredibly helpful & thoughtful. Also, this is based on this weeks services, however we have used Dyno before and every single time the plumbers or drainage guys have been, without exception, professional, with great customer service leaving a really good job behind them. 10/10 recommended.
