This is the third time i have used the services of Dyno Rod. Easy booking service, kept well informed of process and they can send someone out quickly. The lads were friendly, very helpful and did a fantastic job. Very happy customer.

Immediate availability for an urgent repair. Followed up by telephone contact. Engineer made contact to give precise time of arrival. Very professional, friendly and efficient! Will definitely use Dynorod for all plumbing needs in future.

Really easy to contact Dyno Rod and get an appointment. Bo called in advance and despite tough 26’ conditions went way above and beyond to get manhole covers off that had never ever been removed and do a thorough check.

Sadly we couldn’t find the issue but could understand that it wasn’t the drainage.

I arranged an appointment for my elderly mum for Thursday and your secretary rang today to say she could fit us in today as she knew my mum was anxious.
The engineer contacted me so I knew exactly how long he would be. He was polite and explained everything, even showing me the video before and after cleaning. My mum is relieved everything has been sorted. Thanks so much excellent service

The booking process was very easy and the van arrived within a couple of hours and the problem was sorted quickly. The technician was friendly and gave some good advice to stop the issue reoccurring.

Very efficient. I was impressed. Confirmed my appointment by text after I phoned; text to confirm visit was today and engineer would call to say coming - which he did. Manhole cover had a blockage that was solved. And surprised at cost.

I had a builder who renovated a house for us put construction waste down the drains instead of disposing of it correctly.

When I saw the drains the first time I was very worried, fortunately dynorod sent round a technician and he sorted it out in around an hour.

First class work, couldn't be happier with the result.

We had blocked outside drains. Keith from Dyno rod North Wast came out the following day, scheduled between 8-1. I received a call to say he would be there at 7:20.
Very friendly and efficient. Keith sorted the drains out and tidied the area after him. Excellent service.

Super easy to book and the lady on the phone was lovely. Booked within about 1 minute and they arrived about 3 hours later. The guy that came was also lovely. Unblocked my ridiculous drain that blocks every few months, will definitely use Dyno-Rod again moving forward! Thank you!
