Very helpful drainage engineer who explained very clearly the reasons for our intermittent blockages which we had to keep rodding. We will go ahead with the cleaning and take the preventative measures he suggested to prevent a recurrence.

Ben the engineer came out promptly and his level of customer service was excellent. Ben was professional throughout his visit and managed to clear the blocked drain without incident. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Underground waste pipe repair
The engineers were polite and kept us informed of progress. They kept the area tidy whilst working. They completed the work on time and replaced or repaired the area how they found it.

Flowing drains again 😄
Terry (the drainage engineer) was friendly knowledgeable and respectful to the situation. He unblocked our drain, which is fed by our kitchen sink, dishwasher and rain water really quickly and efficiently-finding a cement bag stuck in the drain.
With out his help I wouldve been roding that drain until the cows came home.

Super helpful team, sorted the problem in the first instance, made sure they left the property in a clean condition and explained the ongoing process that would most likely need to happen to prevent further issues (including showing the issues using the camera).

Great service from the guy who attended. Very fast, effective and he explained it all to me. Can’t find anything to complain about as it’s a job that not many people would want to do!

Great all round service
Great all round service, I logged an emergency call out mid afternoon, received a call back from the local engineer shortly afterwards. Mick was onsite within 20 minutes and went about sorting the problem in top speed. Would definitely recommend.
