The Engineer Johnny and his colleague were fantastic!. They did a Brilliant job to my smelly drain. They cleaned all the pipes and drains and even gave me a Discount!

Great engineer came out to give me a second opinion on a drainage repair I had been told I needed. He gave me straight forward, calm advice. He explained a previous company had been trying to sell a load of unnecessary products, but he could not see any of these issues. He saved me £3k+.

Had Dyno-Rod round for a blocked kitchen drain. They had to come twice due to it being quite snarled up bringing more expensive specialist equipment the second time. My engineer Dennis was excellent. Lovely bloke and really put his back into it. Dyno-Rod's communication was good, lots of phone calls and emails etc when engineers were coming. Would use again. The service could have been improved however in two ways: the specialist equipment could have come on the first day as it didn't take too much space, and it would have been better if I could book more time specific slots instead of am or pm.

Very helpful, professional service, they were able to map the drains and explained the issue was a shared drain on a neighbouring property, and the problem was cleared very quickly. Highly recommended.

Great service. Really nice guy, solved the problem and even dealt with the poor parking around our house with good humour!

came round to jet blast a blocked sewer. charged me extra as he couldnt lift the drain cover. fixed the blockage.
Blockage happened again 2 weeks later so clearly didnt do correctly.
Called to hav ehtem come out under their 90 day guarantee.
Was LIED to about what was on the report - apparently the sewers were abused - nothing said on teh notes, nothing said on teh day. ALL LIES. Asked to be emailed a screen shot of the report as was totally different to the one we were given. Was told it would take 10 mins. 7 days later we are still waiting. Was told the engineer was off and would be back the next day and they would call us. 6 days later we are still waiting.
I wrote to the CEO (Chris O'Shea) - not even an acknowledgement from one of his staff.

Communication good, kept me informed when they would arrive and arrived within time scale. Work completed quickly and efficiently. No extra on quoted payment.

The engineer turned up, diagnosed the problem and it was not a blockage, as we thought. Advised us to engage a plumber. Didn't charge my 100 years old mother. That was kind and of course, professional throughout

Adapted to my required timetable. Can't when they said they would. Pleasant, with clear explanations. Pointed out possible extra work but recommended I didn't take that route.

They waste all our day.
They said they are coming between 8am and 6pm and I take one day off . They ring us at 5pm saying they are not able to come.

Came to unblock a drain, but when I said the plumber had already used a drain snake, he said that exactly what I would of done. In that case you will need to jet internally and vacuum at a cost £600 for 2hrs. But 1st need to pay £50 for the inspection, which was basically what I said the plumbers done. Anyway got a local drain person to come out who clear block from manhole costing £120. Just like all the negative comments AVOID AT ALL COST.

Really good communication and a prompt and efficient service. The engineer was very polite and explained everything to me. Job was completed to a high standard and the engineer checked everything was working ok before he left. Would use Dyno again and recommend to others.

Adam and Liam were efficient and confident in what they were doing and attentive to the job which entailed fixing a substantial leak from a pipe on my driveway. They worked with such positivity and expertise giving me updates on what was taking place. I would highly recommend them. I would also like to highly recommend my first port of call who was the receptionist. She knew straight away from the sound of my voice that I was anxious. She spoke with a beautiful reassuring voice which helped me enormously. You have restored my faith big time.

Avoid at all costs! They came, unblocked a drain, damaged my property, created a huge leak in my kitchen resulting in newly freshly plastered and painted walls needing to be damaged to access the issue and also damage to newly laid flooring. We now have mould where there wasn’t an issue previously. I’m 8.5 months pregnant no one has bothered to keep us updated and now I’m likely out £1000 to restore the damage they’ve made to my home. They don’t seem to care, they have terrible customer service and it’s so distressing. The literal last thing I need whilst about to welcome a new baby home.

Easy booking process with a next day slot. Great comms in regards to timings & calls ahead of arrival. And the engineer was absolutely brilliant! He was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient - couldn’t ask for better!
