They came out within 2 hours of calling. Engineer called when he was 10 minutes away. Located the blockage immediately & sorted it all out with half hour. Very professional & price was as per estimate given by Admin person over the telephone.

Had a visit from an extremely thorough, professional and friendly man from Dyno-Rod.
He took the time to fully inspect what was causing the blocked exterior drain. Cleared it, checked it was cleared and cleaned up beautifully.

Absolutely excellent. We needed our drains examined in case there was a tree root which had grown into them. The engineer used a camera to go over 15 metres along the drain which showed there was not intrusion but the drain dipped and needs to be reported to Severn Trent. He flushed the drain through to clear any debris and is going to send us a written report. Better than we were expecting.
