During a difficult time when I was coping with personal issues, and had no mental space to find a suitable house to rest and restart my business activities, Dutchify helped me to find a perfect apartment within a short period of time. As a budding entrepreneur, the company helped me to get the right documents in order and become an attractive tenant to homeowners. Collin from Dutchify was very professional and responded very fast and precise. I will forever be grateful for their services.

I got a new job opportunity, in the Netherlands, and I had to find a new place + open a bank Dutch account + registering in the municipality and the basics of moving to a new country in a month and half. Dutchify/ Barbara, Cherrel and Colin made it possible with time to spare, the team was really helpful all the way assisting in any way possible. They have made the move as easy as possible, giving hints and suggestions, before stepping foot and moving to the Netherlands, I would definitely recommend their help to everyone!

We would like to thank Dutchify for help with our relocation to the Netherlands. They are super helpful and trustworthy.
I had a lot of questions regarding our relocation and housing hunt and I was able to get prompt response to each of my questions either from Colin, Reann or Cherrel.
Our main agent was Colin and I could never dream of a better person to assist our relocation. We managed to close the process of finding the apartment and getting the offer as new tenants within 5 working days! Colin took care of helping us gather all the documents beforehand, arrange the apartment viewings and send the offer.
Basically on Monday we got to review potential apartments, Wednesday was for viewings and on Friday we became new tenants.
And it all happened fully-remote since we are expats from Poland.

We are beyond thankful. The whole process was stress-free and enjoyable.

I was introduced to Dutchify during my initial move to Amsterdam from London in 2018. Since then, I have moved twice and rented through the services provided by Dutchify.
They are meticulous with their service and their connections with the rental market gets customers reliable leads on properties. I would recommend them and look forward to using them again.

Dutchify has helped us in a lot of things to make possible in time our relocation in the Netherlands! They have been very helpful in everything but also in finding a house, the most complicated part in the Netherlands.

I would prefer to remain silent regarding the company as a whole (moreover, a lot of stuff that I would like to say has already been said in the reviews from other people here). However, one of the (not so numerous) bright things in the company’s work is the work done by one employee which simply has been assigned to me pretty late. His name is Roman, and Roman was the only person in the company (with whom I worked) who was doing the thing that he was supposed and expected to do. When I was assigned with Roman, the deadlines, the expected result, the politeness with the client (who is paying A LOT of money for the work and who is expecting AT LEAST not to get threatened by some nonsensical stuff) - all started to magically work out. I would again like to emphasise - if you are going to work with Dutchify, just go straight to Roman without any (pretty useless) intermediaries. All in all, I got the apartment in Maastricht that complied with my requirements, but I have spent some considerable amount of my time and brain cells.

Hi, I got my apartment sorted in 5 days after moving to Den Haag. Thanks to Nick and his team, I was able to secure the very first apartment that they had arranged for me to view in the city centre. The team even worked that weekend to shortlist apartments for me. The entire process has been super smooth for me and their team was there at the time of me moving in to sort additional queries.

My wife and I have just moved to the Netherlands as I am coming to do a Masters program, and she will be working here. As a result, we had a very specific set of requirements for our move, and a very specific timeline. Dutchify was crucial in our move being smooth and (relatively) simple. We had a number of meetings with Nick, and then communicated on the Dutchify platform with other staff to view and rate different listings. As we were coming from Canada, we could not view the places in person ourselves, and so Nick took care of it for us! Once we decided on the apartment that we wanted, the team took care of everything, from managing the lease, to contacting the relevant utility companies for us to help with the setup. We didn't have to do much other than read the contracts and sign on the dotted line. Nick even setup a driver for us to pick us up from the airport, get the house keys, then drop us off. I am now writing this review from our new apartment and am very satisfied with the whole process. I absolutely recommend this service for anyone moving here!

My dealings with Dutchify have been brilliant. The employees are very knowledgeable, professional and quick to get back to you. The speed with which the entire process was sorted was a little over 3 months. I would receive daily updates during periods of high communications and have regular feedback as to where my process was and how I should best go about proceeding to the next.

Honestly, I still can't work out if Dutchify are a real company or not. It appears that there's no employees other than Nick, the owner, and that he seems to manage multiple email aliases to give the impression he has a full team working for him.
If you've googled Dutchify, you've probably found that I have left this exact review everywhere I possibly could. My reason is that when my partner and I were researching Dutchify we were swayed and influenced by the positive reviews we found on various sites. I now have reason to suspect these positive reviews were not left by actual clients, and instead were probably left by Nick and/or people acting on his behalf.
We employed the services of Dutchify in June 2020, and set our sights on a September move from Toronto Canada to Amsterdam. Unfortunately, due to COVID, our move fell through at the last minute. Obviously we understood that cancellation would mean we lost a lot of our deposits and money we had already paid. I want to be clear that the money Dutchify are currently withholding from us, which I discuss further below, is rent on an apartment we never set foot in (it is Dutch law that our rental agreement was voided). It isn't even the full amount we paid for the apartment in rent and deposits and it was Nick who said we would get it back (because over promising and underdelivering is his standard).
Since October 2020 Dutchify has been holding our refund for our supposed apartment. (It's worth noting that Dutchify claims to have tried to get our payment back from our international moving company too, but we haven't been provided with any documentation or paper trail to indicate whether that was a successful endeavor or not. We actually only ever received a quote from the movers, we don't have a signed copy of their contract with Dutchify to read it's terms and conditions. So, it's possible Dutchify did receive a refund from that company but simply didn't tell us).
I believe our money has been spent, and Dutchify has no intention of ever returning it to us, as they promised, during a global pandemic when very few of us have thousands of dollars to spare. We are in touch with the relevant authorities and will get our money back, but we're sharing our story to help other people avoid the headache.
Dutchify is a company I would not hire if I could do this all over again and I would urge others to avoid them also. It appears that Dutchify preys on people during one of the most stressful events of their lives and, although they are still soliciting clients, they have told me they have presently "suspended all aftercare and support" which is pretty indicative of their motives to have their clients money, but not their best interests, as their priority. No doubt Nick/Dutchify will respond to this review with excuses and some story about where our money is and when we can expect to have it returned, please do not give their response any weight. The reality is that Dutchify has had our deposit since October and it's now March, can you live without thousands of your own dollars for almost 6 months if your move were to fall through?

Dutchify were really efficient in helping me move during COVID times and pretty urgently with communications with the rental agency to get me an apartment in short time (a few weeks!).

Nick was very helpful and kept communication strong throughout and was always happy to hear any concerns.

Dutchify helped me to relocate from UK to the Netherlands without any problems in this desperate COVID-19 time.
It's really worth using their service if you're coming to the Netherlands from another country,
it will help you to avoid staying in the hotel, looking for an agency that going to agree to let property to foreigners and speed up gathering necessary documents pack.

I had to move to Amsterdam from the UK on quite short notice and, as I didn't have a lot of time to look for places and I wasn't familiar with the market, I contacted Dutchify. Although the service was pricey, it was worth the money considering the amount of hassle and time they end up saving me.

The team were lovely to chat to and kept me in the loop throughout the process so I didn't have to worry too much about anything. They dealt with viewings, contracts and check-in arrangements, making my move here as smooth as I could have hoped for.

Amazing service on Housing and getting a job! I couldn't get accepted for a decent house and had issues with real estate agents who didn't want to take my requirements serious. Davis at Dutchify solved this problem pretty quick and arranged a nice place for me to live in. At the same time I was job hunting and decided to get the help of Dutchify as well. They helped me with professionalising my resume and career profile. This resulted in an increase of interviews! Anywayyyyy, I have a job and nice apartment thanks to these guys. Dutchify took all the stress out of moving to the Netherlands. Due to the job I was doing, I would have had next to no time to find a place to live, so having them arrange viewing and sending me videos of the properties was incredibly useful. They helped me find a place within my budget, inside the area that I wanted, and although it took a little longer than initially predicted (but that was due to my requirements, not due to lack of trying!) I ended up with exactly what I was looking for.

To anyone that wants to take the stress out of the move, or just won't have any time to look themselves, I would recommend taking a look at this service.
