Product delivered is in good condition…

Product delivered is in good condition . Company should have proper procedure for assembly of chair and here i have to search the contact number for getting assembly of chair. Their contact number on website was not getting picked for 2 days and have to search through some other mode and get it assembled.

I expected the chair to lock at different levels since the website said the chair has synchronised locking .. the fact that it locks only in one position was surprising .. these terminologies which u use on site needs to be clearly explained .. to ke synchronised locking is not what I was looking for ..

Return policy on ground contradicts commitment on website

The policy on your website nowhere states that there will be a deduction of 20+% on case a customer wants to return a product. But in reality i was informed about this policy when i got the product delivered.

I am surprised and shocked that a brand like durian would have failed to meet the promise as mentioned in the policy. I hope that your management would take note of this email and introspect on the promises made to a customer vis-à-vis what is implemented on the ground. Your policy states on the website that the customer can return the product free of cost incase customer is not satisfied which is completely contradicting to what your customer service explained on call.

Very disappointed with the product

Very disappointed with the product. Received seating seat with defect raised complain but it's 1 month no response. Mesh of the chair getting teared not a good quality. With in 1 weak getting started this problem. Before order durian was saying have full 5 year warranty now they have terms and conditions.

No going to buying anything and not going to recommend anyone for Durian.

The product was delivered in perfect condition and installation was done at the time of delivery itself. But there was a massive delay in delivery.

Damaged item received. Durian should focus on the detail of the product. One of the roller wheels of the chair was off.

The chair is good & value for money

Pathetic Service and Customer Care

Just had a super bad experience with Durian. Never I am gonna buy products from onlime.store. Such a long delay in delivery,.no communication, no support from call centre, chat, etc. Had to call, email, message dozens of people but no one were supportive.

pathetic service : Fraud

ear Durian Team,
It has been the worst experience that even after more than 2 months my problem is not solved. Ticket No# 14907.

I was having patience so far that my problem would be solved. i paid in full for a defective material. Is this Durain furniture is for. I will wait for this week only, if not solved you will see this complain flying on twitter and other social media for the fraudulent activity by Durain team.

I have received a defective desk. 2 parts of it has a crack and the slider is not working properly. The delivery person convinced us that it will get changed. He had also sent the pictures of the defective parts to Mr. Shivam. Also Mr. Shivam from Durian ( 9644415742 ) confirmed that the defective part would be changed.
Till now, i do not have any update. It seems that Durian has duped me with the defective piece. Can you help me get the fresh piece which i have paid the money for.

Now I need a complete replacement.

The quality of the recliner sofa purchased is very good. Delivery was done quickly.

I would have preferred if it was mentioned that it is made in china. I thought it is made in India.

Worst product I ever purchased!

!!!!!! IMPORTANT !!!!!!
I got a sofa set and 2 beds from durian. And trust me I did nothing else but cry after making this purchase.

I have got my sofas repaired twice in 2 years. And the quality of bed is also bad. The wooden frame structure of the bed is too weak. Had to get that repaired too.

NEVER EVER EVER! buy anything from here. I think repairing their own products is one of their money making strategies.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. This is the 2nd time i had purchased chair from Durian & it has disappointed me. How should one feel when the chair arrives only in the upper half part & the bottom half is missing & you have this kept in your house for 10 days? How should one feel when the newly purchased chair starts to fall apart in pieces & to get it sorted you have to wait for almost 14 days? This is surely my last purchase from Durian & i'll make sure i will not recommend it to anyone i know.
