Very prompt delivery. Online purchase is a good option.

Clock design is amazing. However finishing is not upto durian mark.

Bought the product online .Got the delivery with some defect in the sofa which was observed later in the day. Informed to Durian for rectification. Still struggling to get the response.

I haven’t received my sofa yet...no update

Since purchase of the durian product, i have got no whereabout about the same. I have also written two emails,which have went unanswered. This leads to decrease in trust when customers buys products online.

I received a call from your kirti nagar location a few minutes before dispatch on October 3I st. Next the girl kept calling even though I had told her I will speak to her after and hour. Then the day passed and nothing moved. That was the last time they reached out. Today, November 01, not even a single call! Now I am not sure how to go about it

Purchased: 1. PURCHASED 2 BOOK CASES, DELIVERED ON TIME. FITTING DELAYED BY 2 DAYS, COMPLETE FITTING NOT DONE TILL TODAY DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCESSORY. QUALITY IS NOT UP TO THE PRICE.

2. BOOKED ONE EXECUTIVE TABLE ONLINE. AFTER REACHING DELHI STORE THE DELIVERY WAS DELAYED BY 6 DAYS. THE FITTERS WERE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIT THE TABLE. MY SON HAS TO DO THE HONOURS IN FRONT OF THEM.

MY ADVICE: AVOID DURIAN AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO KEEP-UP WITH THE BRAND IMAGE. YOU WILL FEEL BAD ABOUT YOUR CHOICE. BETTER PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THAT PRICE OR EVEN LOWER PRICE.

The shade of color is too dark which is different from one shown on the web site while ordering. It is disappointing that Durian doesn’t buy back its own old furniture or even helps in disposing it off. Disposing off old used furniture in environmental friendly way is a challenge in a city like Mumbai. They should consider it seriously.

Status of product delivery timeline not clearly mentioned on the site. After 8 days of the order, i still don't know when my product will be received.
Calling the customer service did not help as they were not aware of the date and the call back promised did not happen. Interaction over web chat was one of the worst. The person / bot did not understand the question and provided a scripted reply which did not give me the delivery date.
In the times of same day delivery, this kind of service is very very disappointing.

No feedback or response after making repeated calls after placing order

no clue when i will get my product, cutomer service has no clue

We are very much impressed with Durian products. Last year during Diwali season we purchased 2 seater sofa. My family impressed with the quality and comfort.
So we decided for 3 seater and one seater sofa for this year. Looking forward for the product deliver on time.

The product is bulky. They have no provision for return of products purchased online.
Recommended not get lured by the discounts available online and visit a store to see and buy a product.

Good and fast but delivery time is need improvement

Great furniture, only wish that the products are correctly priced.
