THE WORST!! First time buying a car from a dealer and They sold me a 2021 hyundai sonata worth 13,000 for a “price” of 19,000 and an apr of 19% with a $640 monthly payment which means for some reason my buyout price is currently 26,719 and when i finish my payments in 6 years id have paid OVER $44,000! a complete rip off. A WEEK after buying the car the brakes, rotors and brake lines needed to be changed i noticed a dent in TWO rims that wasn’t professed to me, my A/C started blowing hot, and cosmetic issues they super glued my inside door handle to make it appear fixed when it was really broke a few other interior components with the same issue, as well as exterior my front bumper was properly attached and some of the fasteners/area where they should go were missing. As well as the catch plate underneath the car was dragging the second i hit a freeway and 1 mirror was replaced while the other was falling off once again super glued together. most of which not covered by silver rock so you'll have to come out of pocket for those expenses. Oh and dont forget about the negative equity so even if you wanted to refinance its IMPOSSIBLE because loan companies want to knly give you what the car is worth which means ill be over $11,000 IN NEGATIVE EQUITY! UNBELIEVABLE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Im drowning right now and cant even get rid of the car.

Amazing friendly and fast

Extremely overpriced and very unwilling to work with most people. Had a very close friend of mine purchased a car through here lost a job through a family death and was only two weeks late after being on contract for over a year and was never late prior and decided to take the car after it was almost half paid off. This is a very crooked company. Be careful with your money and do not trust them. You are better off going to any other dealer because they will stick to the actual price that they post. They don’t keep adding extra charges. This is only this company!! don’t let them give you the bullshit that that’s what everybody does and that’s what interest is no they’re trying to quite literally get 3 to 4 times of what the car is actually worth without even fixing it when they sell it.

Very painless experience

The Sales Associates were great! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and pleasant! However the reason it’s not a 5 star are a couple of Drive times policies. First the vehicle was dirty, not vacuumed out or at-least not very well, the outside of the car was dirty and also had vomit down the side of the car. (It’s worth mentioning that the GM did pressure wash the vomit off). I was told their car detailers only come around once per week. So that was frustrating. In addition, DriveTime does not fill up the gas tank upon purchasing the vehicle, company policy. Every other dealer fills up your gas tank upon purchasing a car from them. I found this in addition to car not being clean, very frustrating. It was because of the sales rep that I gave this 4 stars and not 3.

Was a amazing experience fast helpful great people!!!

I have bad credit and not a lot of cash. When my truck's engine died and the repair bill would have been enough to buy another car, DriveTime got me into a nice ride with very little down. Was the interest high? Yes, but unlike other dealerships that wanted to charge just as much interest AND needed a co-signer, DriveTime took my income into consideration and made a deal that worked for me. And the payments are half what a month of Uber would be, and a quarter of a rental car.

The sales rep was friendly and had all of the vehicles that we wanted to test drive ready and waiting for us.

Drive Time was great. Braedon branch manager was professional, made them process stress free. Made the entire process easy, drive time isn’t based on commission so they don’t hassle. Great selection of vehicles. Definitely recommend and will be back again.
