We have a group of companies which require drivers of own vehicles (between workplaces), company vehicles and minibus transport. Some of our drivers have UK Driving Licences, and some have EU Licences as they are only over here for part of the year. As the company has expanded, we were looking for an independent, user friendly way of checking their licenses and found DriverCheck. The recommendations were excellent and the service from the account opening to the initial checks has been brilliant. Comprehensive, easy to navigate data and peace of mind too. Brilliant Service - thank you.

Have to agree with other reviews. Being using Drivercheck now for several months and always a great service. From initial contact they showed interest in how we could work together and then the service from Admin has been great but also feels personal and friendly.
The reports help with insurance renewals also as give a great snapshot of who we employ and levels of endorsements etc so protects are interests.

I've used DriverCheck for the past 2 years' in my role as HR Manager. I cannot recommend them enough!! They have been so accommodating every time we have had a new member of staff and have set up webinars at no cost to train staff. The portal is really simply to use and gives you the information you require in a simple, easy to read format.

The staff are extremely accommodating and have always ensured that they prioritise checks when I asked them to. They're also very friendly when you speak to them on the phone.

Overall the service is well worth the money and takes the pressure off checking licences.

Been meaning to leave a review for a while now. Drivercheck have been our go-to service for licence checking. Reading the reviews already left you could be led to believe that they're shill reviews, but I can honestly say they're not from my own experience. Early morning office hours to late afternoon office hours i'e sent in drivers details on their forms in order to be checked and often as not get a response inside the hour.. inside the half hour often. Company is great. Accounts side of life is straight forward with no hassles, Checking service is swift and comprehensive, the website portal is very user friendly and best of all they nudge you.. repeatedly.. when you're busy so you don't forget when you need to get drivers rechecked and don't drop yourself in trouble. All round excellent.

It seems i am not alone in stating that the customer service from Drivercheck is indeed 5 star. We have been with them for about 3 years now following a trial and and cannot find fault with the process, their service or the website (which had a facelift recently) - easy to navigate and concise.

Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service as they certainly do deliver.
