Ordered roof rack bars from DriveDen - they arrived within a few days, which was excellent. Great quality, easy to fit on the car and at an incredible price - roughly half the cost of a comparative set from Halfords.

Head gasket went on Vauxhall corsa, this is the first time I have used Dens autos.they started work on my car Tuesday and I collected the car on Friday of the same week. Staff are great friendly and helpful. I am a lady drive on my own and not once was i treated as if I didn't understand, I can't sing there praise high enough. All in all a fantastic stress free experience

Very good service, mat seems ok, only slight gripe is being rolled up, the mat just wants to curl back into a roll so is reluctant to stay flat which will hopefully work out ok.

Having been badly let down by another supplier, I ordered a Boot Liner for my car early Thursday afternoon. Dispatched same day and delivered today, a little over 48 hours from ordering.

Fits perfectly.

Very Poor Delivery by Yodel. Driveden, Please look for alternative delivery companys. I was tracking my parcel every day and in contact with Yodel and was given wrong information reagrding the status of my order, it was clearly not at the status they said.

Order some roof bars on 23 April, and meant to be delivered on 26 April yet we are still waiting for them and it's the 3 May.
Poor communication and no update on what's happening.

Boot cover fits perfect, feels great quality and quick delivery. Recommend for anyone wanting to add a layer of protection to the boot carpet.

My original order for car roof bars was placed on the 18th April.
It was received late -( on the 24th ) even after paying an additional’ next day’ delivery’ of £4.95 which they had the nerve to charge me on the 21st
They made false promises on their advertised delivery dates.
It has caused our family considerable inconvenience as we were unable to take much of the camping equipment we needed for our holiday as well as my grandsons bike.
They refunded the me the £4.95 but lied to me about the original delivery date promised ( I have the details in black and white however)
They claim to be a ‘leading UK company of customer fit car accessories’ but they have an appalling customer services and no contact phone number.

Scam artists. Ordered from them on eBay, item was an incorrect fit. Was not angry by this just wanted to return however they make it difficult and made me pay for the return when it’s their fault? Shocking company and from other reviews it seems I’m not alone with them doing this

Ordered item easily and delivery came quickly. Roof bars are very tricky to install with lots of fiddly parts. Would not buy again but Driveden as a company have been great

Yet to receive my order - Yodel must be the worst courier company out there.
I specified delivery should be to my neighbour who is always in as I would not be able to take delivery due to short notice period. Yodel attempted delivery and I confirmed via video doorbell to leave a my neighbours but they just took the parcel away. I then got notification they would deliver tomorrow so I managed to work from home and waited in and by 3pm parcel had not arrived so specified a new delivery for Monday. As at 2pm on Monday having begged another day working at home still not received my order.

This was quite a saga, trying to fit Modula lockable feet onto the roofbars on a Landrover Freelander 2. Fortunately Matt gave excellent service (and patience) in answering questions by email. It was really annoying that the Company don’t provide a telephone number, I presume this is so they don’t get customers calling all the time to ask questions.
My problem was solved by Matt, for which I am grateful.

For customers reading this it turns out that the problem is with the mouldings; there’s a bit of plastic you have to file off on each cover in order for the feet to fit properly, and for the locks to engage. Also, you have to press much, much harder than I was initially prepared to do on a rather expensive plastic moulding.

Look inside the feet, up by the point where they meet the bars and there’s an oblong shape moulded into the plastic. File down to that, push hard and it fits.
